    Never showed up or called to apologize for not showing to the appointment. Don't take a day off of work to wait for these people

Louis Lucero with…read moreHigh Caliber Electric and Jason Quynn with Quynn Electric both came to my house to give quotes on the work that needed to be done. Louis left a quote with me before he left. Jason said he would email the quote to me the following day. After two days I called their office and was told that they were still waiting for pricing from their supplier before giving me a quote. After a week I didn't hear from Quynn Electric and had High Caliber Electric do the work. Louis replaced all the circuit breakers in my box, after 40 years they were starting to fail and not trip. He ran a new line into the living room and installed additional outlets. He also ran some new outlets in the garage. He also diagnosed a rather serious problem with the wiring in our living room where a neutral wire wasn't installed correctly and we had arcing issues. I was very pleased with his work ethic, professionalism, knowledge and friendliness. Any problems he found he took the time to show me and explain what he was doing to correct the problem. He also patiently answered any questions I had. I felt what he charged for his work was more than fair and reasonable for the time he invested. I highly recommend High Caliber Electric. They do honest, excellent work for a fair price.

When Tim from R&A Enterprises came out for the initial assessment, we started with the panel. To say it was a mess would be an understatement. As Tim put it, "You're not in immediate danger, but..." That's when you know there could be problems. What should have been a 150-amp panel was actually only running on 50. Tim took the time to walk through the entire house with us at our pace, explaining what we had, pointing out where corners had been cut, and referencing code along the way. We did get another bid that came in close on price, but ultimately chose R&A, and I'm very glad we did. Our panel upgrade was scheduled as a one-and-a-half-day job, but it ended up taking nearly a week due to hidden challenges along the way. R&A handled everything with patience and professionalism, making sure the work was done right. We now have a properly functioning 200-amp panel with the capacity to add EV charging in the garage when the time comes. What really sets R&A apart is their customer service. From start to finish, they were thorough, professional, and committed to doing the job the right way. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

I called at 8am to see if we could narrow that down to am or pm and they said yes, around 2pm. Great. We work from home so that will take a lot of our day but not all of it. At 2 I called and they said 3p. At 3p I called and they said 330p. At 345p I called and they said he's on the way and I got a text shortly after saying the same thing. At 355p I got a call saying "We don't work on condos". I told them I'm looking at the sticker you left on our condo unit. I could hear the agent telling that to the manager and then she said "Sorry, we don't do condos'. Epic fail. In every way. Note: The owner did call me after my review to apologize. Still wasn't a great day but I appreciated the call.

Darren had looked through my file and saw what had been documented as the recommendation to fix an issue. He stood by the recommendation that was documented and acknowledgedmy concerns. Through the process, weeks before the appointment was made and the fix was done, Darren had amazing communication with me on the steps we were going to take on the situation. Today, Charlie Knutson, came out to install the recommendation. Charlie was great, he told me what his plan was. He was very professional and courteous from the start.
