I later got an email with a recommendation for a cleaning at $1400 and a bill for $154 for scoping the line. I already have an appointment to have the line scoped after the cleaning tomorrow by the original company who scoped it. Never asked for a scope, asked for a cleaning. After 10 minutes of trying to snake through the toilet, he discovered that my pipe is broken 6-10 inches in and the drain snake can't go past the broken pipe. Therefore, he was unable to fix the clog and left me with a broken pipe, which I am certain was not broken before he worked on it, since I had a professional plumber come and inspect the pipe. He still bills me the full amount with the additional toilet pull fee, which was $225. I found someone else to unclog my main line going through the basement drain, and it didn't take long at all. Now I have to find someone else to fix my broken pipe, which would run a few thousand dollars. What a terrible experience.
