To the person responding on here to Casey's 1 star review. I'm her husband and the one who is still without his ring. We did not reply back to your initial reply because we still don't have the ring back! We purchased the ring before the wedding like people do, I did not wear the ring until we got married Jan 3rd. Diamond fell out the next night. So don't say we went around wearing the ring for months. Your warranty also is not clear at all. The only reference to diamonds is relating to watches. We did not buy a watch, we bought a diamond ring. So what exactly is our "shop with confidence" warranty? Answer = pretty much nothing. We not only had to pay for shipping and handling, we also had to buy another diamond from you. So yes that is upsetting, but we worked with you guys and paid up and got the ring back. Then after a few days another diamond fell out, that is when my wife left the Yelp review. I have sent several email follow ups to your company asking when I will get the ring back. I was told several times that it would be sent the next day and it was not. It has now finally been sent and we should have it in a few days. That is why we have not replied. Are you expecting us to reply saying it's all good when we are still waiting and have not been provided with the best customer service? I think not. It also doesn't help when you get cute and leave a patronizing smart ass response while we are still waiting with fingers crossed! P.S. Your friend should be pissed if he bought a bmw he thought was fully warranted and then it crapped out on him, only to find out that the dealership does not cover bmw's even though the warranty says it doesn't cover Mercedes. Why would he worry, he didn't buy a Mercedes. So then he says OK, I will accept the railing and pay up, only for it to crap out again after a few days. Now the Dealership says OK my bad, this ones on us. Then he follows up a few times being told his car will be ready the next day. Guess what, your friend is still pissed off because he is Still walking! You were quick to reply because you wanted to save face. You should have made sure we got the ring back and we're happy before you started talking again. Now you look bad, and we are still pissed. Response: It's crazy how unprofessional you are. You begin your reply by saying I'm incorrect? You say you sent us a private message on Yelp. We did not respond to Yelp because I had already conversed with your company on how it was going to be handled. Your comment was after the fact. Why would we also comment on Yelp? We were satisfied with your first reply where you apologized and said it would be taken care of. We had every intention to update the review once we got the ring back, but then you posted that public reply pointing fingers and making false accusations. If you needed to make a reply public, you should have communicated with your business partners and verified that your end of the deal was delivered. I have this ring that I received from my grandfather a long time ago. I could never wear it on my hands because it was too big. He had these huge sausage fingers. So I would wear it on a gold chain. After many years of use, it finally gave way. It broke at some point and I don't even remember losing it. Fortunately I somehow managed to keep the ring. Now I need a new chain. Very recently bought an Absolutely beautiful pair of 0.33 tcw diamond studs in 14k white gold (I chose the three prong martini settings, which are so elegant and understated). Mark was extremely helpful. In fact, since he knows how particular I am about excellent cut quality and non-hazy SI clarity he hand-picked the loose diamonds himself. And wow!!! Highly recommend this place! I recently bought a very pretty diamond pendant from this place as a present. Overall I was very satisfied with the level of customer service I received as well as the company's understanding of my situation. Even though I went into the showroom and chose the pendant, I was not able to pick it up and carry it with me all day.
