Disappointed with Itshot.com's Deceptive Practices UPDATE: I spoke with the team at itshot.com and they explained everything to me. They offer a 5 year warranty on their products and will be repairing the watch I purchased from them years ago. Just to clarify, the watch is NOT fake but the parts are aftermarket. Im leaving 4 stars now because it still wasn't disclosed to me at time of purchase...I would have never went to Rolex. In any event, they stand behind their word and at the end of the day, thats what counts. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- I need to share my bad experience with Itshot.com because I don't want others to go through what I did. Back in August 2021, I bought what I thought was a real Oyster Perpetual Datejust from them. Everything seemed okay until the beginning of 2023 when the glass on the front just popped out. I took it to a Rolex store to get it fixed, thinking it would be a quick repair. But at the Rolex store, they told me that the glass should never just pop out like that if it's a real Rolex. They also checked out the rest of the watch and told me that the band, the dial, and even the glass were all fake parts. The only real thing was the watch's inside mechanism, which isn't worth much without all the genuine Rolex parts. Rolex wouldn't fix it because it had all these fake parts. It turns out I paid $7,500 for a watch that was supposed to be fixed up but was actually full of fakes. Itshot.com never told me any of this when they sold it to me. Please be careful and think twice before buying from this company. They seem to just want to make a quick buck by selling old watches that they've put fake parts in.
