Placed an order on line, never got a confirmation, 4 days after the order was placed I called since my order still said processing. I was then told that the item that I ordered and was advertise at $1,271 (And paid ) was not the right price. The best they could do was $1,850... She explained they were having issues with the web site... False Advertising? I would not trust them. After my review went live I received a text message in my cel phone from them. In short, offering to honor the price that was still advertise wrong 4 hrs after knowing about it if I removed the review. I thought that would remediate the situation honoring what they have advertise and the price I had agreed to pay. Shortly after I received another text retracting the offer. They decided not to honor the advertise price. They also repriced the item to regular price of 5k and on sale 50% off at 2.5 k. read more

She got it to fit into my budget and their cost was very reasonable. She also educated me on the difference between lab created diamonds and GIA certified diamonds.
