Atrocious and unprofessional. Therapist quit half way thru the allocated sessions for my child. Don't even think about using this place. They are absolutely terrible. Their director, Sharmila Quenim Herr, lied several times about their services and hung up the phone in the middle of a conversation. She refused to call back and is disgustingly unprofessional. The clinicians that she employs have little to no experience. Go somewhere else. read more

As like some of the other reviews have said, this place is truly awful. The clinical director/CEO is very rude and lacks emotional intelligence. She is very unprofessional and disorganized. While the therapists are very good, the fact that none of them ever stay that long speaks to how bad the management here is. There is a very high turnover rate here and whenever my son found a therapist he liked, we found that they would leave within a couple months. I would definitely not recommend taking a child here. read more

The "homework" Tai-Wei gives us after our Zoom sessions are great and it allows us to see the difference by the time the next one comes.

This place is horrendous!!! The person at the front 'window' is not professional at all. All CreditCard transactions have a fee (which is not posted anywhere). The place seems like a warehouse; is run down and dirty. There was no structure to the questions or things the person from ITS wanted to do. Within 40 mins he said we were done and that he would need more time to do the evaluation and to schedule 'another appointment' which meant another $30!!!! I would not recommend you take your kid here!!! read more

Based on the other reviews here, nothing has changed about this place. The therapist my son was working with was great, helpful, and knowledgeable. My son was making great progress with her; sadly, she left. Before she left, I expressed my concerns with the director because I had a problem before with ITS. I was told that the person taking over had years of experience and that she watched my son's session with his therapist who was leaving to continue the same routine. Although I was not convinced an observation for one day was sufficient, I attempted the therapist. She was nice but did not seem to have the skills I was told she had. Nothing my son was doing prior was being done, and his goals were being neglected. My son's treatment sessions were him coming in to get on the swing and play a game if he was up for it to pass time. After several sessions of nothing changing, I asked my son's sessions to be put on hold, and I expressed my concerns to the director. I suggested she come to a session to advise her therapist and provide some training. The director has been dismissive and has not tried to solve this problem. read more

This place is truly horrible. The mismanagement, incompetence and, for lack of a better word, childishness of the manager and therapists here is astounding. They are unprofessional, incompetent and have caused our family and child unnecessary stress and headache. At one point they had a handful of great therapists whom all quit because of these same reasons. My son excelled so well at this location. ITS and Ms. Taylor Chia provided a lot of support to my son for the short time her attended speech therapy. At first he would not let me leave him in the sessions alone, now how runs into the office by himself and says bye as soon as he sees his therapist. Hoping to resume services soon. Only downside is that you have to pay for parking. read more

This is the best one stop therapy place, They offer many different therapies for all kinds of disabilities. The therapists are knowledgeable, kind and caring! A parent could not want for more. They work hard at bringing out the best in my son and are setting him up for success in his future. The office staff are equally as great, they do a great job scheduling to your convenience. I am blessed to have found this place and I am extremely grateful for the improvement they have made to my family's life. read more

Lots of red flags. We were excited that our therapist was Torri, the owner of the business. Usually the owners of the business have the most experience so we were excited. More on her later. During the child assessment session the therapists' conversation sounded scripted and their objective was to make the parents (us) feel guilty in order to push us to acquire more services for our eighteen month old son whose speech was delayed. Here is an example of another red flag: for our first appointment we waited in the small lobby at around noon; we were waiting alone. Three individuals including at least two therapists walked out and didn't greet us or say anything. They just looked at us, stern faces and exited to get their lunch. A few minutes later they returned with their food and the same thing; they made eye contact, didn't smile or say anything to our eighteen month old, who is so cute. I have been at hospitals, and with my son participated at a study at the local university and have met doctors, nurses, speech therapists and occupational therapists outside of ITS and I have never had that experience. They must been real miserable working at ITS and/or have no passion for their work. The front desk staff is unorganized, and clearly trained to be pushy like in car dealership. More than once our appointment was cancelled because of an error on their part. One morning our child woke up with a fever and I called the front desk to cancel the appointment, the person on the other end said, "Really???" I said "Yes", she replied "Ah huh", followed by a long awkward pause. I told her "we will see you next week", no response so I hung up. As I mentioned our therapist was also the owner of the business. After meeting her a few times I realized she is responsible for the sorry state of ITS. During ten or so sessions we didn't see any results with our son, unlike with other speech therapists. Her therapy involved rapidly handing our eighteen month old son cards with pictures to look at then yelling at him to not bend them. On her iPad she would have free trial apps for speech therapy and would mention that she really needs to pay for the apps someday. Every activity was about about five minutes short then she would move to on to something else; according to her children get bored easily. Talk about having low expectations. She wasn't open to any parental feedback. She comes off as arrogant and bossy. Every session she would ask me a question then wouldn't wait for the answer and would talk over me as I said the first word. That's so strange for an educated adult to lack basic social manners. It dawned on me that she didn't care about the child or the parent, she was checking things off her to do list, winging it and only thinking about billing, billing billing. Our son is happy, playful, smart and social. One day Torri greeted our smiling son, "Here comes the big mean lady." I think she was projecting her own inner dialogue and beliefs. Her last golden nugget of advice was we need to stop coddling our eighteen month old. I wonder if reading a child development book is required reading for speech therapists. If so clearly many lessons have been forgotten at Integrated Therapy Solutions. read more

After a year of coming here it's coming to an end. Everyone is leaving the workers are not happy. I also heard they r moving location. I changed my son ot and speech else where and I must say I really like the new places and should have gone else where long time ago. This place is ok but needs a lot of improvements. read more

We tried this place on two separate occasions for our three-year-old. The first time we visited to consider their physical therapy program and were not at all impressed. Fortunately, we had another option at the time, Therapy West, right down the road and they were awesome. A year later, we were limited by who was in our insurance network for speech therapy. We had to reconsider ITS as they were one of only a few providers in our area. We went to three sessions and communication between the office was so poor that we stopped going and decided to explore other options. In this short three-session period of time MULTIPLE miscommunications occurred, including our first appointment being made for an evaluation even though we had a diagnosis and told them we didn't need an eval. Walked in thinking this was a speech therapy session and believed that until they told me at the next appointment that the first appointment was an evaluation and the lady that evaluated him (the owner) is not taking any more clients. So, even with the great rapport my child and the owner had, we went on with another session with a different therapist. My son said MAYBE one or two words during the entire session (he had speech therapy with someone else before insurance was an issue and spoke in the sessions just fine). I requested, after such an unproductive session, that perhaps the owner could possibly take on another client They refused and asked that I just try another session. So, we went for a third appointment. At that appointment, the therapist started to run over the allotted appointment time. I thought that, perhaps she was giving him a little more time because the last session had gone badly. But, when I went to the front to pay, they asked that I pay for TWO sessions, not one. I told them I needed to know about these things in advance, especially since I had my one-year-old with me as well. I paid my co-pay for the one session I had agreed to that day and interrupted the session to pull my son out. They are just COMPLETELY incompetent and, as desperately as he needs therapy, I'd rather drive an hour in traffic to go somewhere else. read more

I have been coming to this facility for numerous years now, and never have I had a single complaint. Their office staff and therapists are highly trained and professional. Every single therapists my kids have had over the past years has been both kind and courteous. Needless to say my experience with ITS has benefited my kids' speech and changed their lives for the better. Thank you ITS! read more

My son love this place we go for speech therapy, OT, and EI, and the people that works there are so awesome!!!!
