I was looking to hire someone to clear the snow from my driveway and I'm very glad that I booked this company. From start to finish, I was very pleased with their customer service, responsiveness, timeliness, and the hard work that their staff put in to clear my driveway. I booked online via their web page for morning service the next day with Gordon. The next morning Gordon sent me a text letting me know their arrival time which was accurate. Their team showed up with three workers, 2 industrial snow plows, shovels, and a lot of elbow grease. They worked hard, did a thorough job, and cleared both my driveway and a path to the front door. How does anyone work with any business that doesn't respond to a message you left them in early Oct 2022 ahead of snow season to sign up for a season package? Fast forward to Nov. 1, 2022, I tried calling the phone number on their website and it automatically forwards to another number. So I call that number, leave all my contact information again, and what I needed help with; and out come the ghosts. No answer, no response. Skip to Nov 2...I tried to go the "TEXT MESSAGE" route to the number that I was transferred to. Left 2 text messages, about my snow removal needs near where they state their business is. On the 2nd text I even put, "if you can't respond to your web page, a voice mail, or a regular text how about I leave 3 options"... A. Go Away B. We can't take on any more business C. Yes we are here to set up a seasonal contract and will call you by next week and that you won't forget me. NEVER RECEIVED A REPLY TO THE TEXT MESSAGES, CLEARLY THEY REPRESENT ONE LARGE GHOST. True story. Never have I sent a text like that, and it is very uncommon for me to leave a bad review. Someone is monitoring their website because they state they have update LLC to 2022, (however that could be a family member falsely adding and deleting messaging on their website)??? It also appears they have a calendar schedule that they are updating so they aren't completely a GHOST COMPANY although from my experience it sure feels that way. They have left me with no choice to continue to search for someone or a company that honors their word and/or company mission and can do the very basics... 1. Have gratitude that someone reached out for your services and you did not have to go on a massive Cold Calling spree to gain customers because you have lost so many 2. Learn how to communicate like we learned back to the beginning of time 3. Return, mail/email messages 4. Have your true phone number listed and if you are too busy to answer calls then hire someone 5. Have the ability to speak to someone face to face, while looking in their eyes 6. Don't leave people hanging who are simply responding to your advertised website. There is such a thing called False Advertising 7. If you have promised to show up and do a job, then honor your word and show up. If you can't show up, then have the consideration to call or text that customer regarding schedule changes. 8. If you can't do any of the above...that is how businesses are shuttered Is any of this asking too much? This is way more energy than I have to locate an honest and reputable snow removal company. I have no choice but to continue my search. Last thought, anyone who is reading this review, you have clear truth about my experience with "It Snow Problem". Gordon took $1250.00 in advance last October 2022 to clean my driveway and entry stairs of snow all winter season 2022-2023. Never showed. Won't answer phone. Has no voice mail, no text. Website shut down. So he has stolen my money. Beware he also washes cars at owners' residence. Lousy job. Windshield streaked. When it was pointed out to him, he just ignored it. Signed up for their "service" plan in the fall. Paid a for the first day after a snow rate AND an extra to plow out private road. 3 snowfalls this year and haven't done anything. Showed up with shovels to plow my service road. The most recent snow they where unresponsive and no show. read more

This is our first full winter season in Lake Arrowhead and we're so glad to have contracted with ItsSnowProblem back in August--way ahead of the snow! Leo was delightful to work with on the contract and remains delightful with scheduling. He's quick to respond to my texts and always so thoughtful and professional in our conversations. The guys who come out and do the snow removal are efficient, hard working, and professional as well. They even have to deal with our not-so-pleasant-always-mad-about-everything neighbors yelling at them yet ItsSnowProblem's guys stay respectful and professional. We're in the worst of the snow storms right now, but so far, we're very happy with ItsSnowProblem. (And did you know they run a mobile carwash and detailing business in the non-snowy season? It was Thanksgiving week end 2019 when we had a bigger snow storm than expected and couldn't get out. We called this company and never received so much as a return phone call. We understood everyone was very busy. We got that. However, someone to "man" the phones and let people know they received their call but are sorry they cannot help would make a big difference. We found someone eventually and will use that person in the future. As a matter of good business practice, just return phone calls. We called to give you the business.
