We chose to go with the cheaper option, and Joel was able to fix the leak that same day. The service charge was very reasonable, especially given the current state of our economy. I've contacted other contractors, and their estimates were very high. Joel also let us know what other services he provides, so he's pretty much a jack of all trades. He also installed a timer for our tree sprinklers which had to be manually operated before. Our yard was incredibly uneven and had big holes everywhere from previous gopher issues and possible overwatering/mowing. It was quite dangerous to walk on. They came today and raked a whole trailer of dirt throughout the yard to even everything out and will be reseeding on Monday. It's looking much better already. He helped us decide what type of grass would be best for us as well. We went with bermuda. We have been very happy with everything he has done so far and also use him for our monthly lawn maintenance, which includes periodic sprinkler audits.
