    Fro-yo menu

Yes, yes I am reviewing an Itsu, but hear me out. It's fro-yo fabulous! I was just passing by and noticed that they've opened up a massive new restaurant. On the corner of Drury Lane, this Itsu is huge with lots of cute booths and tables to sit in. Perfect for grabbing a mediocre sushi box and a fresh juice and watching the world go by. In the window they have a huge fro-yo menu called Butterfly Light Frozen Yoghurt. Allegedly zero fat, pro-biotic and low calorie - forgot to think about all that and just inhaled it! It was nigh indecent! Toppings include fresh blueberries, warm chocolate sauce, granola and honey nuts. It's so cheap as well, for a decent sized regular with strawberries is only £2.95. This kicks Snog's prices any day!

Pre-packed grab and go sushi? You can't expect it to be mind blowing. Along with Miso soup and broth with all manner of different ingredients, some vegetarian, some with chicken, this is Japanese version of Pret with healthier food. The place is clean, smart with a nice outdoor eating area that allows you a nice vantage for people watching. I enjoyed my £3.99 six piece duck sushi rolls - they were tasty. I didn't fully immerse myself in the menu, but there is enough diversity to bring you back . If you want a fast, decent quality lunch without the guilt of to much grease, Itsu is great, without being fantastic. I would rate this Itsu at 3.5, but as I can't I'll give it a 4 for being such a good quick lunch spot.

I had never had goats' milk ice cream, so what better place to do that than Borough Market where they sell pretty much everything. Greedy Goat has a small stand in the ridiculously small seating area of the market. Jamie W. and I decided to treat ourselves on a balmy day. £6 will get you two scoops in a cup, and there were about ten enticing flavors to choose from. Jamie went for Caramel & Sea Salt and Banana, Chocolate & Caramel (photo: https://yelp.to/Y558VWhmM_), while I got the Cherry & Amaretto and Hazelnut (photo: https://yelp.to/1S4DBPzJiQ). Needless to say, they were deliciously creamy. We could've had a second cup, but who'd be considered greedy then? This is where their story started, humble beginnings serving ice cream cups and cones from their 'little goat shack' at the market. Their ice cream is made in Somerset from British goat's milk. (Uhhhm, don't mind if I do!) Their ice creams are GMO free, egg free, gluten free, lactose friendly, 100% natural, suitable for vegetarians, and all that good stuff . They had a handful of fun flavors available and we went with chocolate for the kiddo and we got the banana & pecan. Our son enjoyed his ice cream and couldn't even tell it was made from goat's milk instead of cow's milk ;). We also enjoyed our ice cream. Nice, clean flavor and not overly sweet! The fact that they use locally sourced ingredients were a big plus for me and something I like to look for when visiting new places. It is quite a bit pricey per scoop, at £3.90, but we were on vacation so ... counting memories not $$$.

I went in 2 different times: saturday at 3pm and wednesday at 10am. Two completely different vibes. I tried the famous sandwich from the black pig, viral chocolate covered strawberries and bread ahead. Black pig - the best one sandwich: it was AMAZING!!! I was a bit scared to get this since i was by myself but let me tell you, it was not heavy as i expected it to be. Just delicious overall and would totally recommend. Chocolate strawberries: I love strawberries and chocolate but definitely think you can find cheaper alternatives anywhere in london. Bread Ahead: my new favorite pastry place. I pretty much got a donut from this place (not this location) everyday because the black currant cheesecake donut was that good. I got the tiramisu and crème brûlée donut which my brother liked and i wish i could've tasted them before they went bad but anyways, I would totally recommend the donuts from here! Their chocolate chips cookies are HUGE and delicious as well. This was probably one of my favorite markets!
