This company is a scam. Do NOT be fooled. Do NOT give this woman your money. I booked my daughter's birthday party with this company and Tiffany requested a 50% deposit which is reasonable. What is NOT reasonable is confirming details, payment, etc, over the phone and discussing an arrival time of 30 minutes before for setup and then on the morning of the party POOF! NOTHING! Absolutely no contact what so ever. She did not show up. I called multiple times and was sent straight to voicemail. I text the number that she had been messaging me from no response. Called another known affiliated number and no answer. Multiple calls later, 22 to be exact...nothing. My daughter's party came and went with no sign of Tiffany or this so called ITTY BITTY PETTING ZOO... such a disappointment, she should be ashamed of how she operates like this. Again reader beware! Horrible experience!! Not only were they 40 mins late, they forgot the turtle at home, they left the bunnies in the truck, they left the cow and the donkey in the trailer for the next party while my party was going on, and at the end they left poop all over. Even large animal manure in the end of my driveway. The animals were not well taken care of at all. There was a 4 week old piglet that should not have been taken away from its mom. Beyond happy with Tiffany at Itty Bitty Mobile Petting Zoo!!! We used her for my son's 3rd birthday party last Saturday. We did pony rides and a petting zoo for 2 hours. It was a huge hit at our party for ALL AGES!! The kids were so excited to pet and hold the animals, they were so gentle and let the kids love all over them. My oldest son has autism and I wasn't sure if he was going to hesitate with the animals or go right in. Her animals were so sweet he had no problem. He even took a ride on the pony which I couldn't believe. Tiffany let us feed the animals some "treats" from our garden, the kids loved feeding them tomatoes, strawberries and some apples. Just took my three kids to this place at Gless Ranch, and it was awful. The kids (all under 6) were so upset by hearing tiny piglets screaming as they were manhandled by way too many kids in a tiny little cage. The mother pig was visibly upset by the whole thing as well. There were rabbits being chased around the tiny pen, as well as guinea pigs scurrying around to avoid being stepped on in the tiny cage, overcrowded with kids. There was a tortoise who never came out from the refuge of his shell, a luxury the rest of the poor animals lacked. Do not take your kids here unless you want to spend a good chunk of time having hard conversations with your kids afterwards. read more

Visited the petting zoo this morning while they were at Gless Ranch and we had a great time! The piglets were too cute! Our 3 children (toddler and 2 teens) loved all the sweet animals. There was quite a turnout this morning so it was a little crowded, however, that didn't take away from our experience at all. The petting zoo was ok. Tiffany said she would bring ducks and pigs but didn't show up with them. It was disappointing since the cheapest package for the petting zoo is $500 including a $50 traveling fee and a required minimum of 2 hours ($225 an hour) the guy actually bringing the animals super nice. Pricing needs to be adjusted especially since business seems to.not come through with their end on the animals included in pricing. read more

We hired Tiffany to bring her sweet mini pony, Rarity, to our grandson's 2nd birthday party because he loves horses and it was the best decision we made for him that day. He did not want to get off! This was the perfect rental idea for my nephew's bday party! Tiffany was so friendly and helpful to accommodate us all day. You can tell she loves all her animals very much. The pony rides and zoo were a winning combo to keep all the kids at bay. The price is right and everyone had a blast petting the animals and feeding them treats. I loved this experience at Gless Ranch! The owner is super nice and good with all the animals - which she rescued. She is good about showing the children how to interact with the animals and appropriate behavior when touching and petting them. They brought small piglets which was a great experience for children to see how small they are, how to hold them and the natural sounds they make. Highly recommend for any event. read more

This is a review soley based on a price quote given. As you can see from my attached photo i asked if the area of victorville was served. And if they are in victorville its about 51 miles. I was told theres a $65 travel fee. Okay. Next whats your quote for 2 ponies 1 hour and i got the reply of 2 hour min. At $225 per hour. Over priced. And my party will only have 12 kids so 2 hours of ponies is way to much. I suggest the owner includes her 2 hour min. Policy on her yelp page. ** Update** after owner replied its not that i wrote this review because i wanted it cheaper. I am unsatisfied that your unwilling to only come for one hour. Not the pricing. But the 2 hour min. I only have 12 kids coming. No need for 2 ponies for 2 hours! Just a FYI i was a live animal entertainer too a couple of years ago with a company in Torrance and we never forced a customer with a 2 hour min. I normally never leave reviews except this was such a horrible experience, that I need to forewarn others. If I could score them a zero, I would. My son had his birthday party today and we confirmed over 3 months ago that we would have the Itty Bitty Mobile Zoo present. We even checked in periodically to make sure everything was still set to go. They were supposed to set up at 1030 am since our guests were coming at 11 am, so our party was specifically set around their arrival. Instead, we get a TEXT at 10:01 am (29 minutes before set up) to tell us they were canceling on us because one their employees decided to cancel on them. We get on the phone with her, obviously upset, and instead of trying to find a fix, we get excuse after excuse of how sorry she feels, but yet admits she had 2 other appointments in orange county, hence no one would be able to come out to us. Im wondering if these orange county appointments were somehow made ahead of the 3 months that we had made our appointment for. The only thing we were offered was a return on our deposit (which we really could care less about at that moment) and a call IF she could find someone to come out. FYI: We never got a call back. Please be aware of how unprofessional this company is and how it really ruined the plans we had for our sons birthday. Everyone, try another company. read more

Responsive and lovely. Tiffany was a delight to work with, even accommodating a last minute request to add on a pony. You can tell that she and her family really love these creatures. I received several excuses from this owner after I had booked her way in advanced for my son's 2nd birthday... the day of the party (August 28) her petting zoo and pony did not happen. I had even asked for confirmation during the week to make sure we were still on for Saturday and she said yes. First excuse: " Hi Jasmine I didn't realize it was going to be over 100° today. I'm really concerned about the animals being transported in the horse trailer in the heat" Second excuse: "I don't think today is going to work ....it's not looking good.....I already have a call into the vet...I have an alpaca down. Third excuse: "And I lost a Hen :(". Forth excuse: "And my boyfriend just found out he tested positive for Covid AGAIN This day is not working with me " A parents worst nightmare! I was able to get my deposit back after this last excuse. This is by far the best choice we could have gotten for our daughter's birthday. Not only were all the children super excited to be in the little petting zoo enclosure feeding animals but also even adults were attracted to check it out. We originally booked petting zoo and pony rides for a set time but once the party was up and going, we saw how much everyone was enjoying it that I asked if we could add another hour to the session (they gladly agreed and stayed). As an added bonus, i had mentioned that my daughter's theme was unicorns and they added some cute bows and glitter to the pony who then looked even cuter. Unfortunately I forgot the guy's name who showed up with the zoo, but he was extremely kind and patient with all the kids and super professional in general. It was awesome to see animals that were well taken care of along with owners who were super cool people and not creeps that you have to have around your kids. I recommend this place 100% and have already been asked by some of the party guests for the zoo info for their own party. This is the best investment you'll make for your party I promise! read more

We called up Tiff about 3 or 4 days in advance for an adult pool party. I was looking for bunnies and a goat for Easter and she had just that. She arrive 15 minutes early and took care of all the set up by herself. This was a surprise for my guests and they all loved it, especially the girls! We basically had a photo shoot for 2 hours.
