Reliability matters when running a business, and unfortunately this experience showed a complete lack of consideration for customers and their time. Omar came out with his pony for my daughter's 6th birthday bash. What a great experience. Firstly, Omar is so kind and sweet. I could sit and converse with him all day, but of course we didn't have the time! He was very thorough with his explanation of how the pony ride would go and what he needed from each child. He made sure that each child followed specific rules while interacting with the pony, which was a plus for me. Most party service providers don't put much emphasis on safety, so I appreciated that. Secondly, Omar arrived early to our party to ensure that the pony would be comfortable and get acclimated to our house and the area. Again, a major emphasis on the safety of our party guest. The pony was very friendly and the girls loved him. Omar even dressed him up like a unicorn to match our party theme. Thirdly, and most importantly... Omar's pricing is spot on! He didn't over-charge us for the couple hours he was at the party. I called 3 other pony providers before Omar and each of them were 2x the price of Omar's service. Ridiculous. Omar brought Patty the white pony to my sons Rodeo themed birthday party and was immediately the life of the party. Him and his associate were very friendly and professional, and the horse was calm, clean, and beautiful.
