They were consistently bustling no matter the time, but thankfully there was ample seating with plenty of natural light. The adjacent room also had numerous outlets, which made it ideal for studying. There was only one person working during my visits, so the wait for my drinks stretched to nearly 30 minutes. The menu wasn't the largest, offering a small selection of dependable staples with a few seasonal additions. *Strawberry Matcha: deeply earthy with a splash of milk. Most of the sweetness comes from the macerated strawberries at the bottom. A very well executed matcha option. *Pumpkin Chai: the pumpkin added gentle sweet and savory notes that paired nicely with the spiced chai. The spices and sweetness were subtle and, thankfully, not overshadowed by the milk. That said, there was some mild separation after my slow sipping. Overall, this was a stellar spot to chat over well crafted drinks. The abundance of outlets was both helpful and convenient. However, they truly need more than one person behind the counter to improve the overall pace of service.

It was had more moisture in it which I liked, and the blueberry was fresh and you could definitely taste it in there. We also got a chocolate chip scone, which is similarly just as good I've ever seen like fruits more and for that reason, I like the blueberry more we also got the cappuccino and the chai latte with maple syrup. The chai latte with maple syrup had a good amount of flavors to it and spices which I personally really liked and the maple really added a nice sweetness to it. I also got it with almond milk, which is nice the cappuccino had a nice strong espresso flavor, which I personally enjoyed and I felt like it was very well balanced with the milk in there and I would definitely go there again I loved the ambience of the place. I felt like I could study there four hours and the drinks were very very good.

We tried stopping in once before and they were completely booked for the night. This time we planned ahead, made a reservation, and were seated right away. At the recommendation of our waitress, we all ordered the chicken and waffles special, and every single person loved it. It was absolutely delicious. I also had the Reuben soup and it was very tasty. They also have a wonderful beer selection. I tried the blueberry beer, which was very tasty with a smooth blueberry finish that really stood out. If you're looking for a great brewery with good food, great beer, and a fun atmosphere, I would definitely recommend checking this place out!

Just not sure about the merinara sauce to go with the fries. Of the beers I tried, my favorite was the Swish (Swedish Fish-inspired sour beer). Service was great- our waitress was very attentive and friendly. For Galantine brunch, the omlett station was my favorite. Least favorite was that the cocktails that we ordered at the bar before the cocktail-making demo was not included with the prepurchased tickets. Second floor of the restaurant has a lot of taxidermy (not my thing, but may be a lot of other people's), and game tables, like pool. Will be back!

Interestingly, the quiches were arranged on the counter without any casing, yet they still looked divine. Because many of the pastries were wide and tall, the boxes could not securely contain them. I would reconsider how orders are assembled since my box arrived partially open. The quiches could be reheated, although I wished they had been a bit toastier. *Strawberry Croissant: had a vibrant red exterior. The croissant itself was flaky and filled with strawberry cream and jam. It was my favorite item from my order. The strawberry flavor was intense and the thick cream helped balance the sweetness. The ratio of pastry to filling was ideal. *Raspberry Croissant: heavier on fruit rather than cream, which I preferred. The fresh raspberry on top was naturally sweet and the jam had a pleasant tartness that made it feel more balanced. *Passionfruit Croissant: looked more impressive than it tasted. It was less filled than the others, so it resembled a classic croissant with a single layer of thick cream. The cream was extremely dense and did not blend well with the pastry. The flavor did not resemble passionfruit and came across as overly sweet and floral. I was unable to finish it. *Mushroom Quiche: the mushrooms were cooked well, but the egg filling was under seasoned. The filling was not completely set and had a drippy consistency. I wished more onions had been mixed into the eggs. The crust was tasty and buttery, but it could not save the mediocre filling. *Rose Latte: fragrant drink with strong rose notes from the petals on top. It was not overly milky and the floral flavors came through nicely. *Fruit Tart: had a mixed berry topping over vanilla cream with a shortcake base. The shortcake was buttery and dense. The cream was again the least impressive component. The berries were sweet and plump, but the shortcake was substantial on its own. I would have preferred a fruit based filling rather than cream. Overall, I would stick to the berry items since they seemed the most balanced. The cream was not to my taste due to its chalky consistency and pasty mouthfeel. The pastries were enormous and were best enjoyed when shared.
