I can safely say that this is not one of them. The food and coffee are fairly priced and well prepared. The addition of baked goods and local packaged foods is a nice addition as well. I can specifically recommend the grinder and chai (but all of the other coffee we tried was great as well). The breakfast sandwiches were slightly blander than I would have liked, but they were still good and certainly fresh. The staff were very polite and professional. As for the décor, I appreciate the art calling back the history of the building as a feed mill. Overall, the restaurant both inside and out gives a modern-rustic feeling.

They use organic ingredients (including organic flavor shots, which is rare in my experience) and get their food from local vendors. They also have kombucha on tap, although I didn't try any. A few other valuable things they get right: 1. They have gender neutral restrooms. 2. They use ecoproducts. The lids are 25% post-consumer recycled content and the cup is compostable. 3. They do not automatically give you a lid if you get your coffee to go, which saves waste. In conclusion, I definitely appreciated this place. To give one recommendation to the owners: I would love if there were bins for trash, plastic recycling, and compost. I looked around but I only saw trash bins and it would have been very nice to be able to compost my cup. Other than that, a great stop!

Meh, not a fan but it's caffeine. Gotta be something better in town. My sister said there is a shop right down the street from where I am staying. So I dropped in at "Tastecraft". So glad I did! Tastecraft is in a cute little building on the Main Street in Lewisburg. They have 2 tables out front and 2 tables on a deck on the side of the building. The train tracks are right there on the side so it's a wonderful place to sit, sip your coffee and watch the world go by. Coffee is very good. Smooth, not bitter. Coffee is very flavorful. Lots of choices for lightener. Cream half and half oat milk almond milk reg milk etc.... They also have all kinds of snacks. I had a "wonut". What's a wonut? Let me tell you.... It's a mini Belgian waffle, deep fried and dipped in cinnamon sugar or plain sugar or glazed or a few other choices. I had cinnamon sugar. Oh my gads.... They have other snacks also. You will have to go there and check it out. The young ladies that work there are very friendly very patient, they answered all the questions this old lady asked them. Riley and Cece. Very helpful.
