The lady doing my boyfriends iv was in a hurry so she did put his IV on a pressure bag and bolused it really quickly. While most of my IVs elsewhere take an hour to an hour and a half they bolused a liter into him in 20 minutes which seems like it could potentially be dangerous. He was fine though, didn't bruise since his veins are ropes and I trust that the nurse knew what she was doing in that circumstance so not a big deal. If she had tried to do that to me I'd question it. They have lots of unique treatments geared towards all genders and ages and health goals and I highly recommend checking out their services!

Earlier this week, I felt sick and was actually unable to drive more than a few miles or go to work because I hurt my body by not drinking enough water and just wearing myself out! I literally didn't take the girls to school Wednesday because I felt too sick to make the trip! So, as stupid as it seems, I made an appointment at this place near my house to get IV hydration today. I'm so excited to tell you about this, and I hope you don't think I'm being crazy right now! There is a lady, who is a nurse practitioner at women's center at Hughley hospital, 12 years at MCA before that. During Covid, she realized how many people were actually getting sick and not able to recover because they weren't getting enough nutrients or enough hydration or enough of what they need from their food and drink intake. She opened this place, complete health at Green Oaks, one year ago! You just come in, take your vitals, and then you sit in one of those really fancy massage chairs like they used to have at the Brookstone store at the mall. Do you watch TV for 15 to 30 minutes while you get an IV and then you leave. All of the IVs are a bag of Celine, and then you can choose what you add into it. There's one for energy, there's one for vitality, there's one for hydration, there's one for mood elevation... I think she has 10 or 12 different ones available. So you get a massage, you get to relax and watch TV, you get hydrated, and you leave feeling so much better! This is better than getting a pedicure, I feel like it's better for my body than getting an actual massage, just incredible! She does take Blue Cross Blue Shield insurance, but they only pay for certain things. If you're paying out-of-pocket, it's $150-$200, depending on what you're getting. You can come just one time and give it a try and never go back, or you can do it once a month if you're trying to achieve some kind of a goal, like weight loss or if you are trying to increase your vitamin B12 to help with depression or anxiety (I'm planning to do that!) Please know that she did not ask me to do this, I do not stand to gain from this financially, and I really just thought it was so incredible. I want to tell people about this because I want to see people feel better and I want for all of us to take better care of our bodies to prevent getting sick instead of treating sicknesses that happen because we don't take care of ourselves! Really, whether you go in just for the heck of it now, or if you remember this the next time you start feeling sick or rundown, or if you remember to tell someone else about it when they tell you that they are having a hard time recovering from a sickness, please remember this! I was very surprised when I tried to schedule myself for Juvederm injections recently…read more 9 and 10 years ago I received Juvederm injections at Dr. Anderson's spa and it went perfectly. 2 years ago I went in for Juvederm injections and had a bad reaction. The nurse asked what other medications I recently had and I told her I had a Physer covid booster 2 days prior. She quickly got an antidote to neutralize the reaction. She was apologetic for someone not telling me to avoid certain medications before getting Juvederm injections. She treated me very well, apologized and gave me ice pads for my face. And I felt it was my fault for getting the covid booster before the Juviderm. When I got home and looked in the mirror, I was very surprised. It was very ugly. It was surly a bad reaction. I texted the spa and told them that my face was very ugly. Now, fast forward to present day: I made the appointment on November 19th. Then I received a call from a woman who said that I could not return to the spa at all for anything because of the way I acted after the Juvederm reaction 2 years ago. She continued to accuse me of many things. She told me that, at that time, she tried to call me back to the spa, and I wouldn't come. (I don't remember this) She said, that I told her to stop harassing me. I believe this as a lie. I would never say that because she was nice to me at the time. I remember the nurse was not mad at me 2 years ago, nor was I mad at her or upset at anyone. It was a continual verbal abuse on the phone and a very big surprise. I don't know why she would make these accusations at this time. Possible she thought that the same Juvederm reaction would take place if I had it done, and it would embarrass her or the spa?? Or, she didn't like me texting the spa to tell how I saw my face? I don't know. My wife and I spent well over $45,000 on plastic surgery and some on Juvederm from Doctor Anderson during the last 20 years and everything was great with high quality, perfect surgeries. Why am I treated this way now? This above is the absolute truth. I am a Christian and it would be very difficult for me to lie.
