Came in after a few years of not seeing a chiropractor with a stiff and achy back.. the staff was very pleasant and informal.. Dr. Wooten did an exceptional job with my adjustment and i only say that because I literally felt greater clarity in my breathing after he snapped my neck lol (not literally).. second visit today and he's pretty good at what he does.. he appears knowledgeable too ;) Highly recommended but they're always busy so maybe go outside of the times I go lol read more

All is good...until you go to cancel your membership. I went in today in an attempt to cancel my membership because I found a private doctor that has been giving me more targeted care. Went in and a doctor was at the front desk because the receptionist was in the bathroom. I told her I needed to cancel and she told me to have a seat because I would have to wait for the other girl. She finally came up to the counter and I told her I needed to cancel. She then typed on the computer for a minute and told me I was good. I was puzzled so I asked for her to repeat and she again said I was good...but I never gave anybody my info. I told her that and she said "oh" and asked for my information. I gave my phone number which she eventually replied with "that's not it". She eventually gave me a form to fill out to cancel...which I did. But when I gave it to her she said I had to go to my "home clinic" to cancel. I explained to her that made no sense especially since I have the ability to get care at any place. I asked her if she could call over to assist with getting it canceled since I was there...but she said "no" and that I had to physically be there. I expressed how inconvenient that is and doing it by phone would only make sense. She then claimed due to HIPPA it had to be done in person...which is ridiculous since I can call my doctors office right now and discuss billing issues. Eventually, after me never yelling, cussing, or even personally attacking the girl...she walked to the door, opened it, and told me I needed to leave. She then went on to tell me I was rude and condescending. Great work guys...good job trying to problem solve and not just putting your heels in the ground and telling me to go somewhere else. Do yourself a favor..if you're considering using the place...think again. I've never been so disgusted with the Customer Service I've received at a medical office. I'm currently in Law Enforcement so I figured discussing the issue would help all parties involved. How was it handled? They threw me out. SMH. read more

TERRIBLE!!!!! Are these even real chiropractors??? This lady checks me in then proceeds to perform my adjustment without even asking me whats going on. She just starts popping the bed, I told her it was hurting and just continued with long nails and all...then she tries to Crack my neck while I'm face down... WHAT THE HELL???? Monica Grace is awful at her job of correcting company mistakes or even acknowledging when a mistake has been made. She took over a week to contact me about a charge that was the fault of the company then refused to be of any help from there stating "it's was in the policy" - I tried to cancel my membership in March (Covid) , I was LIED to about being unable to "cancel" without being in person (as she surely figured out how to cancel it after she squeezed one more payment out of my account) So I was given a freezing option. Turns out that freeze just expires whenever it wants and the company or Grace herself refused to acknowledge that I was charged for a service I didn't want during a PANDEMIC. I'm out $80 and the company doesn't care to correct said issue. Bad business! I'm a pretty docile person and I hate to ever leave bad reviews but I was ABSOLUTELY slighted and I'm not over it. I had been dealing with a pretty horrid headache and hip pain from driving 8+ hours. I was just in need of a quick relief, so I popped in to The Joint down from my house. Honestly, just the atmosphere alone, before I even met the doctor, was amazing. The staff is AMAZING. They are so kind, attentive and funny. The doctor on the other hand, amazing as well! What a great concept! I have always gone to chiropractors, but have not always been pleased with the amount of money I have spent. From my insurance company not covering this or that, or the insurance company telling me who I could see, this is the solution! Pay a monthly amount that gets deducted from your checking account (or credit card), and see the chiropractor up to four times/month. If you need additional visits one month, each visit is just $10! And you are not stuck with one doctor. The Joint has locations EVERYWHERE! I was recently in KS, and was treated there, no questions asked! Now, on to why my boyfriend and I go to this particular office. From the time we enter the front door, to leaving the office, we feel special. The receptionists, Laura and Bernice, welcome us, and Dr. Murray shows a personal interest in us. We have seen this time and time again, not just with us, but with the individuals and the families that walk through their doors. I was relieved when i walked into a bright and clean clinic. I was even more relieved when the receptionist smiled warmly and didnt look miserable- which was my experience at another place. Its inexpensive and the wait wasnt long at all. The chiropractor was very friendly, thorough, and did several adjustments. He also answered my 100 questions. I was definitely nervous walking in. The set up is a little strange but seeing as how most chiro adjustments really dont take long at at- it makes sense. This will be my once a week place for sure. read more

I have been in so much pain for 2 months now. I called and went in and they attended me right away. I was referred by a friend and am glad I went in. My neck immediately felt a relief after the visit. Since I was in bad shape prior to my visit it did hurt but he warned me prior to every process what he would do and let me know what to expect. I went in with the intention of signing up with the membership for 69.00 a month. I let my friends and family know and they plan to go themselves and get the membership as well. It's worth it. I went to get my magnesium vitamins, cold pack, and epsom salt he recommended I get after the visit. So this place is so worth it. The receptionist Ashley was very professional and friendly. There were 2 little girls playing out loud in the lobby when I got there, but I am glad it didn't bother me or the receptionist enough to tell them to stop or keep it down. They only lasted less than 10 minutes playing. read more

I have been here 3 times. It's relaxing during and refreshing after. It has been the same Doc all 3 times and he has always been a great listener, given me useful feedback, and very professional. I leave refreshed. I'm glad to have found this place because it's accessible and no appointments are needed so I can walk in and get seen quickly and usually with no more than a few minutes wait. I came here on a Sunday. I believe the chiropractor that day only works on Sundays at this location. It was awkward. He would look at my husband when talking to me. When I asked him for information about my back he was vague. He just said to keep coming back. I'm going back. But not to this location, at least not on Sundays! read more
