We had a problem, that was not the crew's fault, when our fridge ice maker line leaked after the application of the first finish coat. They were great and got it taken care of, re-sanding and refinishing the affected areas. The only issue was communication, especially early on. Be sure to coordinate with the managers so that the plans have been communicated to the crew before the work starts, and stay in touch with the managers. Once I engaged with them it was quite responsive , and most importantly the work is fantastic. We will be enjoying these floors for decades.

After connecting with Simply Floors early 2026 because of the shredding carpet and after a couple of inspections and coordination with the manufacturer of the carpet, I now have the replacement installed (June 1, 2026). The installation was a good process this time and the carpet will most likely hold up very well. Good installation, done within a reasonable time frame and confirmation of details beforehand was achieved. Would have given 5 stars if this was how it went in the beginning. Although I wouldn't recommend one company over another, I would recommend solid communication with all involved, especially with the install crew and company together so everyone is on the same page from the beginning and not just futile lip service. Follow-up inquiries are also important. Would I work with this company again---probably, since they came through with corrections.

Project was going off without a hitch when in the last room, one of their machines had a problem. This was unforeseeable and could happen to anyone of us. This malfunction caused a slight unevenness in the sanding of the floor. Cristiano, the owner, came to look at it and without hesitation, owned up to this and stated that this would be immediately fixed, which it was. The entire floor was re-sanded, sealed and 3 coats of poly were then applied. The job looks great and I award these guys five stars for the outcome of the project, their professionalism for matching the color of new floor to the preexisting floor and huge kudos for their integrity and honesty. I relied on the website inventory and pickup information for two separate tile purchases. One…read moreproduct was listed as available in-store but could not be located. After ordering it online, I received a notification that it was ready for pickup, but store staff advised it would not arrive for another 7-10 days. During the same visit, another tile was listed as having over 5,000 pieces available, while store staff indicated only about 400 could be found. The conflicting inventory and pickup information resulted in multiple unnecessary trips and significant time lost during an active home renovation project. Customers and store associates appear to be working with inaccurate information. This system needs to be fixed and in the meantime, there needs to be a notice on the website that the system is down.
