Well, I guess I'm not going to be able to stop the FIVE STAR train here. They should probably get 6 Stars for two reasons. Jonathan happened to come during my walk-through with the builder. We paused our inspection for a moment and he let me know that the garage floor had sunk considerably since it was built. He said water would pool in the center of the garage without mud jacking and since the builder rep was standing right there, I had a good case to get that done before closing. So Lennar homes paid for that mud jacking and also managed to pull it off in three days. This bit of information was invaluable and came at the perfect time. FIVE STARS because Jonathan told me NO. I had asked if he could give me an estimate on the basement floor. He said he would be happy to do that but really discouraged me from doing a basement with poor ventilation. so turning down business, for the right reasons is a winner. Honestly, from the very first phone call, to the estimate, to the completed work and the invoice everything was spot on. I just don't think you can go wrong with this company. I contacted and hired Specialty Poxy Coatings two months prior to needing the service completed for a new home under construction. The initial response to my request for information and quote was completed very quickly and Kari was very thorough with the information she provided and was helpful with our questions. She also assisted with providing pros and cons of finishing our walls (aka stem walls) and helped with selecting a color and even offered to drop off samples if their website pictures weren't enough. Without prompting, Kari also followed up before I could to confirm the scheduled installation date about a week before installation. Once installation day came around, the crew actually showed up early (about 7:45am) and began there work promptly. This company diamond grinds your floors first which is a MUST! They paid great attention to detail, confirming items before they completed them or informing me when they couldn't complete it as well as they'd like (ex: it was very hard to get under our stairs in the garage which was totally reasonable not to diamond grind). He took his time explaining the entire process, answering all of our questions, and showing us samples.
