This bar isnt even officially "open" yet and already one of my favorite neighborhood places! It has a great "warehouse" look and now with the acoustic panels on the ceiling, it's much more manageable sound wise. Lots of space and tons of seating. Their outdoor area is great also, all covered in case of rain. The location is right on the train tracks off Lake Ivanhoe which makes for the perfect spot! That area has a lot of great food and drink options, but no brewery until now! Their beers are wonderful, I cant wait to keep trying them as they are released. Every staff member i've met has been so kind, talkative and knowledgeable of the beer menu. I cant wait to watch this place grow and I cannot wait until the grand opening! read more

I thought I had already written a review for Ivanhoe brewing but Yelp reminded me that I did not so here we go! I won't lie, I wasn't overly impressed the first time or two that I visted Ivanhoe Brewing, albiet this was when they first opened and I am a firm beliver that every new business needs some time to work out the kinks. I waited a little while and have been back many times since. Each time I go I become more and more of a fan. I went a while back for a Frontier Airlines event and the beer they brewed for that was delicious, I went and tried some of their collab beers with The Glass Knife, delicious again (Berries and Cream was my fave!) and I just got a crowler of the Cotton Candy Sour, yum! Besides their great beer the actual establishment is really neat. They've got a great outdoor seating area with food trucks on the regular and a great inside seating area as well. Their beertenders are super friendly too! I was in there working on my laptop one quiet Tuesday night and the beertender and I had a wonderful conversation about beer and women in the industry. Came here for an event, the one bartender working was extremely snarky and rude. She ended up kicking our entire party out of the bar because she felt "overwhelmed". The owner ended up smoothing things out and we were allowed to stay but the bartender refused to serve us after that. She also tried to close our tabs at 25% after kicking us out... Such a wonderful little brewery! Every time we come the staff is so friendly and welcoming. You can sit either inside or outside and sometimes there is a food truck parked out front, should you decide to munch while enjoying their original beer selections. It is sometimes difficult to find parking in this area of town EXCEPT here because they have their own parking lot. We highly recommend stopping in for a drink or two! read more

One of my favorite breweries in the Orlando area. If you're into craft beer get here now! They have a good variety of beers and the atmosphere is really cool. They have a square shaped bar, tables, as well as outdoor seating. They often have food trucks and other events including brewery yoga once a month which is my favorite. Anytime I've been there the bartenders have been super nice and willing to talk about their beers and their story. This is a great beer spot where I feel very comfortable. read more

Saw a couple bad reviews from a husband and wife who wrote two separate 1-Star reviews to try and get this place's yelp score to bomb. They complained about not being immediately served, even though it's a f'n bar! You order at the bar! You're not royalty, yo.. They dogged on some bartender for having too much make-up too.. stay tf home if you can't be cool in public ppl.. no yelp review is asking for fashion tips for servers and bartenders. We bought draft brews for 2 solid hours, then bought 2 six packs of the ones we liked. The bartender brought them to our table and after we played 1:30 of trivial pursuit and drank all but 3 of the 2 six packs, a manager came of to give us shit and acted as though we drank the canned to go beer, knowing we should not have. Why the attitude. WTF?! Why serve us the 2 six packs wait nearly 2 hours til they are nearly consumed and march out and accuse us of knowing better and pulling some shenanigans? We just showed up for the first time to this shitty brewery because of food trucks and trivia, which both were mysteriously not there because of car accidents?! I call BS. Your sours are awful, IPA lacks hops, blondes are not American and everything else is skunky. All 14 of us and our friends will never be back, even if you actually get food trucks and trivia to turn up. read more

Loved visiting this new brewery. It's in a cool part of town. The staff is friendly and inviting. Great place to hang out for a few brews. The IPA is really well done- just the right amount of bitter without bad aftertaste. The blonde ale is nice and smooth. They have food trucks, but I didn't try them yet. It was a Friday night, not unlike others. I walked from my 2ft by 4ft dumpster to GB's Bottle Shop and then down to Ivanhoe Park. The most juicy Hot Asian Buns greeted me; gochujang is my spirit animal. Still, I needed more of the elusive nectar of life, the universe, and everything. I walked in, skeptical of whether yet another brewery in Orlando could sate my eternal desire for beer. In my dreams, bartenders would just throw glasses at my head and force me to drink them. This was different. I had to consume the beverages manually. They didn't even have intravenous methods of entry. I sat down with my wife, Stacey, of 1300 years. We had just finished outercourse at GB's, my term for leaving the confines of my dumpster. Lo and behold, the beers were not only okay, they were pretty good. I'm always surprised, because the ones I get in the dumpster are warm, typically winning blue ribbons. I've had plenty of microbrews in my time, and I'm glad Orlando is realizing that Cigar City and Funky Buddha aren't actually that good. Unfortunately, more demons have risen up instead. Anyway, where was I? Oh, yeah. Ashley greeted me as soon as I walked in. I ordered my flight (which unfortunately, was not round trip) and all the four beers they had on were solid. This place is awesome! Cool atmosphere with all the reclaimed wood and slab top tables.
