The building is lovely and spacious and the flow of patients went smoothly, though quite impersonal and cold. The receptionist lady at the front desk was incredibly rude however, and acted like she was doing everyone a favor by doing the bare minimum of her job. She has a terrible attitude and couldn't handle when I questioned their ridiculous mask policy. I'm a nurse and the hospital that I work at and signs my paychecks no longer makes us wear masks, probably because they are unnecessary and should be left to personal choice. The receptionist had a horrible attitude when I declined to wear a mask and quite literally said "that's the policy so you need to comply." No, actually I do not. So once we got that out of the way I was able to actually receive the medical care I needed. I saw OB/GYN nurse practitioner Jen and found her to be very kind and competent. Knowing Main Line Health in a few different capacities, I know that they are very much a virtue signaling and bit of a self-righteous organization. That's totally fine, until it affects patient and staff interactions. I hope they can do better with this, as this location is quite convenient and I believe I received sufficient care.

In just a few years, however, Crozer Keystone at Broomall has been transformed to one of the worst caregivers. I have done some background reading on the company and also spoken with a number of employees at this facility, so what I am writing here is not just based on my personal opinion. Things slowly started to change after they were bought out by the for-profit Prospect Medical Holdings, and have steadily gotten worse and worse. First, even though the number of patients increased, the corporate office refused to hire sufficient staff. As a patient, this meant that it became more and more difficult to schedule an appointment. Next, Prospect subcontracted Crozer Keystone's billing to another company. I noticed the difference immediately because there were a number of billing errors they made with our account, and it was extremely difficult to resolve the issues. For example, the subcontracted company coded one of the procedures we received wrong, and we were sent a bill for a few hundred dollars. I literally had to make nearly 30 phone calls and three months to resolve the error. On top of this, the customer service reps at the billing company are extremely rude and unhelpful. The final straw, however, came a few weeks ago. The two main reasons that my family kept this location as our PCP was due to two people: Jenelle in reception and the caregiver Stephanie Mostone. I called to try to make an appointment for my son at 8:15, 8:35, and 9:10 a.m. Instead of reaching a receptionist, every phone call immediately went to the clinic's answering service. I tried calling the main desk of this huge clinic, and was told by the hapless young man working there that he could do nothing to help. I called their corporate office, only to be told that my only option was to leave a message for their "customer complaint" department. Finally, a day later, the new, and frankly, quite incompetent, office manager, Tony, called to say that many of their staff had quit, including Jenelle and Stephanie. When asked how long their staffing difficulties would last, he told me that they were just now advertising for new candidates, and they should be trained in a month or so. Yes, you read that right. Ultimately, this is a case study in the failure of corporate medicine to treat Americans. I am lucky to have good insurance, but through them, my family and I have truly spent tens of thousands of dollars at this clinic. In spite of the enormous profits that Prospect Medical has made (over $1 billion annually), they give nothing but short shrift to the very people they have pledged to help. If you are looking for quality care, avoid any medical facility run by this corporate giant.

Plenty of FREE parking (vs Paid hard to find parking at DCMH). Same doctors which are great to talk to and easy to make an appointment. My calls are returned in a timely manner. The staff is super friendly and all the machines look new. Waiting area is really nice and updated. Looks like they recently added an urgent care area which is a perfect add to this location. It's a bit of a hike but so worth it for the reasons I stated above. I'll definitely be back. I'm glad I switched.

Worst UrgentCare experience I've ever had…read more They close at 9pm, arrived at 8:42pm (my exterior photo is stamped 8:41pm). Intake staff asked what the issue was and said she'd check but they might not take anyone else. She had us wait 5 minutes, then returned to say they would take us. Another 5min later another family came in and intake turned them away. Ten minutes after that, intake woman came out to tell us that, just kidding, they really aren't going to take us, and after wasting 20minutes of URGENTLY NEEDED CARE TIME, they were sending us away! Wow! At least crappy IM Health urgent care, who also closes ridiculously early, locks their doors to not waste anyone's time, and if they take you they take you! Was this a hospital emergency? Not dire, but it was a cut in possible need of stitches due to size and it not being able to close on its own. Not something you should eff around with and waste a family's time. Hope these clowns get the same bad service wherever they go!

After several visits over a few years, my blood pressure was high. I was told that it's not a problem. My eye doctor from another health system found a problem related to high blood pressure and had to write them a note to treat this condition. They will often you for tests across the street at Bryn Mawr Hospital because they are affiliated and it's much more efficient to have the tests done there, and yet, 2 weeks later, they don't have the results in their system when you return for a follow up. They order a urine test and leave you to roam around the hall with your pee cup looking for who to give it to. They tell you that you need a pneumonia vaccine and they can do it while you are there. They forget to have someone do it. When you complain about all of the problems they send in the office manager who told me that because she was on leave, she also has not knowledge of any problems. And if that wasn't enough of a boondoggle, I requested a Medical Record Release form so that I can go to another provider. She handed me the form. I sent it in to the address on the form. The post office returned it because that company doesn't exist anymore. Their phone number is also defunked. I had to do a deep dive into the web to find the new company where the records are kept. FIND ANOTHER PROVIDER, QUICK!!!!!

They have a fridge with water bottles and a Keurig if you want something hot to drink. I would say I waited about half an hour before I was taken back to a room. My vitals were taken and then I was seen by a PA shortly thereafter. Everything was very efficient and the staff were very nice. The medical office I typically go to just abruptly closed, and I needed an immediate appointment. Dr Dang is highly competent, and he as well as his staff were professional, polite, and kind. The office is also extremely clean. The wait time was minimal. Dr. Dang diagnosed my problem, perscribed me an antibiotic, and I already feel better. My husband also saw Dr. Dang on two occassions, and had similarly positive experiences. My husband and I will definitely go again if we have an urgent medical need.
