DIFFERENT OWNERSHIP I purchased XEOMIN Package in 2024 from this spa and I was assured by the FRONT OFFICE STAFF SO KIM, that I could use the remaining units without an expiration date. However, Since the ownership changed in May, I was suddenly informed that all my remaining units/credits no more valid. This is incredibly frustrating, especially since the YELP and GOOLGE review still include old reviews from 'ID MEDICAL SPA' It seems unfair that they would keep the reputation built by previous nurses and services but refuse to honor the responsibility toward existing clients. It was my first time getting lip fillers, and I was honestly so nervous -- but the doctors at IVE were incredibly kind and real with me. They didn't just say yes to everything; if they felt a procedure wasn't necessary, they told me straight up, which was such a refreshing change from how pressured I've felt at other places. I got my lip fillers done a week ago, and the initial job was fantastic! I went back in today since I'll be out of town soon, and I mentioned that my top lip still looked a little thin. Instead of suggesting more filler, my doctor explained something called a lip flip using just a tiny bit of botox, and even offered it as a free service! She took the time to show me how it works and made sure I fully understood and was comfortable before deciding. I'm so glad I found this place -- they really care about you and not just your money. Became MONSTER. I got a treatment of Botox on my forehead and lips and filler on my lips. It's been six weeks. Still, my face looks like a monster. I asked for help with this situation, but it was ignored. And was told to do it myself. It was too much injected, but they are saying it is because of my eyes shape and weight gain. I lost ten lbs since I got injected with this stressful situation. I was told to buy myself to resolve the solution and to do it myself. That is how they treat their customer who suffers from these side effects. After laser treatment, I got blisters and now have permanent scars on both side of my necks. Looks like Kiss Mark.
