I am a housewife in my 50s. After my daughter went to college, I have a lot of free time to look back on myself. When I was young, I heard that she looked pretty, but now she is gone. Several methods have been proposed in my current condition, but considering the cost and effectiveness, "thread lifting" seems to be the most effective method, so I decided to take it. Treatment takes about 30-40 minutes. *Apply anesthetic cream before operation and wait for about 40 minutes. * No pain at all during the procedure * Able to return to daily life immediately * There are individual differences, but I did not have any bruising or redness at all. I was very surprised to see the effect of thread lifting with my own eyes from the next day. As I am in my 50s, I can see the wrinkles on the forehead, the nasolabial folds, and the eyes. I actually have never left a review for anything in my life; however, I truly believe that id Medical Spa is something worth taking the time to give it a huge thumbs-up. I had Botox injections from here. At first, I was just curious how they advertise and use Xeomin Botox, which is very famous among K-Pop celebrities in South Korea. About seven to ten days after the Botox treatment, I could actually see most of the wrinkles I had on my face disappearing. They cancelled my appt the night before…read more Just for context: I booked the appointments 2.5 weeks ago to surprise my best friend for her birthday. I even went out of my way to message them and let them know that I was booking for 2 slots at the same time - they confirmed and said they were able to accommodate both of us (screen shot attached). I only received a reminder/confirmation of my appointments the day before my actual appointment - text messages and emails (screen shot attached). Then I receive a text message from an unknown # claiming to be from the spa assuming I cancelled the appointment?? In which I responded right away to let them know I did NOT cancel and that we are still set to go to our appointments the next day. I kept texting for confirmation until I finally received a response 2.5 hours (at almost 9pm!!) later saying they are actually cancelling my appointments and that they are "sorry." (Screen shot attached). No rescheduling efforts, no NOTHING. So here I am, calling my best friend at 9pm the night before we were supposed to go to this appointment I scheduled well in advanced to let her know the birthday plans I had were now cancelled. It's truly unfortunate that I have to give a 1-star review because I'm assuming this is a small business and they really rely on reviews, but this isn't how you conduct business. For them to first make the assumption and insinuate that I wasn't showing up to my appointment and that I had cancelled? To then not responding in a timely manner just to let me know hours later they are actually the one cancelling on me? I feel like they knew they wanted to cancel on me and instead of just owning that upfront, they tried to gaslight me into thinking I needed to cancel. I'm just lucky that my best friend is the BEST and was fine with just our brunch reservations I had originally planned for after our facial appointments. I even read the other 1-star review where they cancelled on a husband's appointment he made for his wife and said to myself there's no way that could happen to me. HA! Jokes on me I guess (and anyone else that will experience something similar in the future).

I really appreciated their patience in explaining and never felt pressure to do a procedure the place is insanely aesthetic and they even do like physical monitored ketamine therapy and I've seen that info before on TikTok but these people just seem a lot more trustworthy as I don't feel like it's a rush explanation for a sale. I definitely want my friends to get their iv here vs other places and for them to invite me so I can co-work and vibe with them and keep them company during their procedure while chilling on the couch haha such a cool place new facility and super clean
