I am a housewife in my 50s. After my daughter went to college, I have a lot of free time to look back on myself. When I was young, I heard that she looked pretty, but now she is gone. Several methods have been proposed in my current condition, but considering the cost and effectiveness, "thread lifting" seems to be the most effective method, so I decided to take it. Treatment takes about 30-40 minutes. *Apply anesthetic cream before operation and wait for about 40 minutes. * No pain at all during the procedure * Able to return to daily life immediately * There are individual differences, but I did not have any bruising or redness at all. I was very surprised to see the effect of thread lifting with my own eyes from the next day. As I am in my 50s, I can see the wrinkles on the forehead, the nasolabial folds, and the eyes. I actually have never left a review for anything in my life; however, I truly believe that id Medical Spa is something worth taking the time to give it a huge thumbs-up. I had Botox injections from here. At first, I was just curious how they advertise and use Xeomin Botox, which is very famous among K-Pop celebrities in South Korea. About seven to ten days after the Botox treatment, I could actually see most of the wrinkles I had on my face disappearing. The doctor seemed to be nice, so after a free consultation, I decided to trust them and give it a try even though it was EXPENSIVE. The procedures were done by a middle aged Korean man who seems to be nice, but the more I visited and got treatments from him, the more he started making me feel uncomfortable with all his questions. For example, he would ask me things like "do you have a boyfriend" and the next thing he says is something along the lines of "a lot of our patients who have a lot of acne still have boyfriends". Like man what are you trying to say??? In terms of the actual treatments and results, I did not see ANY significant results like they promised. Sure some pimples went away but it never solved the root cause so the acne always came back. Even though I still have around $500 worth of sessions left, I WILL NEVER VISIT THIS PLACE EVER EVER AGAIN!! I wish I knew this sooner, but if you're suffering from bad hormonal acne like I did, PLEASE SAVE YOUR MONEY and cut or at least minimize your dairy and sugar intake!!! I completely cut out dairy and sugary drinks (i also try to eat less gluten) and MY SKIN HAS NEVER BEEN CLEARER. I stopped having those painful acne and my skin is also way less oily. So don't waste your money on those treatments, and instead be mindful of what you eat! I saw other people in the review also talking about being lied to and treated unfairly, and I 100% agree with all of them. Before each treatment, the same middle aged Korean man took pictures of me with his iPad. I made sure with him every time that I don't want to be posted on any of their websites. He insisted every time that those pictures are just for me and that they won't post those pictures anywhere. Months later, I see pictures of me in their Yelp photos. So PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE. I genuinely don't understand how they have such good reviews.

During the consultation they took the time to thoroughly explain my options and address all of my concerns. I appreciated that they focused on what was best for me and not pushing treatments. The treatment went smoothly too and they made sure I was comfortable during the whole process. Had a great experience and I look forward to coming back! Will definitely recommend this place to others so they don't have to go all the way to Korea for treatments

Jade, the nurse handling the procedure, was extraordinarily gifted at minimizing discomfort in blood drawing and injecting. She is also well versed across various medical/health subjects and it gave me peace of mind to the point that all of my appointments were scheduled with her. The company provides comped parking at Equitable Plaza which was convenient.
