I reached out to several different vendors and UCT was by far the most competitive. Stephanie was very responsive and quick, it was very easy to book the shuttles. I didn't have to actually use the shuttles myself but some of my colleagues said they were very nice and that the drivers were very friendly. They showed up on time and arrived at the destinations on time too. I even had to make a few last minute changes (start time and destination) and Stephanie was very willing to accommodate. She made my life a lot easier as this was my first time ever booking shuttles for my company. Would definitely use them again if we need shuttles for another event. Highly recommend!

And the bus was making a U-turn, from the lane that was 2nd from the left lane on Montague, which is illegal. Because of this, the bus basically stopped everyone at the intersection from moving. Plus, the bus was not able to make a U-turn at one try, and the driver needed to stop and back-up in the intersection before proceeding on Montague. As a result, cars on the Mission College could not move and wait for another green. I would not recommend anyone to use their bus service.

What followed was one of the most shockingly unprofessional customer service experiences we've ever encountered. Fadi Stephan, who answered the phone, told us there was nothing he could do. When we pressed, he didn't just decline to help -- he lectured us. "You're adults, you need to face the consequences of your actions," he said. At one point, he mimicked my voice. We were stunned. Any reputable transportation company has a lost item policy. The standard practice is simple: when a customer calls shortly after leaving something behind, you make a reasonable effort to help. Phoenix chose not to. What makes this especially inexplicable: after leaving our school event, the bus went directly to Disneyland (six hours away) meaning the phone would be inaccessible until Monday. We weren't asking for a miracle. We simply asked Fadi to notify the driver so the phone could be safely held by the company rather than discovered and pocketed by a future passenger. He refused, and never offered any explanation as to why. If anything, it felt like he was rooting for another passenger to pick it up. We followed up with polite emails throughout the weekend. His written responses were abrasive: "Once again for the 5th time, I will let you know once the bus is back," but even that felt kind compared to his tone over the phone, which obviously doesn't leave a paper trail in the same way as email. Phoenix has lost our business, and we will be sure to share this information with the rest of our school. Please do yourself a favor and find another bus carrier! It's not worth the headache.

First time taking CalTrain at the San Bruno station this morning and it was a good experience…read more The platform for riding the trains are upstairs and there are 2 sides-southbound to SF and northboud to San Jose. For parking, you need to have the parking number that is painted on the ground and key it into the machine when paying. Parking is $5.50 a day and tickets can be purchased at the ticket machines upstairs on the platform. You can also purchase CalTrain tickets at these machines or tap your clipper card on the black kiosks. As far as cleanliness of the station and trains, they are generally kept clean and well maintained. CalTrain is definitely more expensive than Bart but they are usually on schedule with times and there are restrooms on the train. The newer trains even have power outlets so you can charge your devices.
