The entire experience with Chic Limo was wonderful. From the start when I needed a quote to answering all my questions, Sukhi responded very fast. The process of booking with them was easy and went smoothly too. On the day of, the driver was on time. I forget his name (sorry) but he was very friendly and polite. The bus itself was so fun. Driver provided water and ice, and we could bring any other drinks and food onto the bus. Everything checked off for a party bus. The drive was smooth and it got us to our destination in 20 minutes. On the way back, again he was punctual, and smooth ride back as well. We agreed to pay a deposit on a card when we booked it and pay the rest in cash on the day of. One thing to note if you want to do the same is that you might need to bring extra cash. We booked for 6 hours but we went over so we had to pay more. I rented a 30 person party bus from San Jose to a Concert in SF. I booked a slot from 730pm - 130am Pros -Bus arrived exactly at 730 -Krish got us to the location very quickly -Bus was nice and clean -Bus came with ice, cups and trash cans with bags -Communication was very easy (text and email) with both Sukhi and Krish. -Bus was parked pretty close to the entrance and waited for the event to end. Cons -Wished that Krish asked me to take a detailed look over the inside of the bus before we had everyone hop in, because right before departure he had me step off and sign a waver indicating that if theirs any damage that I will be charged for it. I signed it because he told me the bus was immaculate and i trusted him, this wasnt the case the bus had 2 broken/damaged blinds. After we arrived at our destination Krish acknowledged the damage. But this had me a bit worried. -Half way during our ride Krish pulled down the privacy screen and was recording us which made a few people uncomfortable. -Paid for 730-130 but concert ended early and Krish got us back to the location at 1240 almost an hour left over wish he offered us a refund or to drive us around some more. My take away is to book an earlier return and pay for extra time if needed. All in all it wasnt super seamless-stress free booking like I previously had experienced but I would still recommend Chic. read more

We rented a 20 person sprinter to charter us to and from SF to Levi Stadium for the Weekend concert. It was an absolute pleasure to from start to finish. Suhki provided quotes, helped with the booking, and was extremely responsive to any questions I had. I was able to set everything up very easily. It's tough to say. When he arrived he had an old itinerary that I had given his boss a week before. I had an updated one that I handed him on the spot because he was unaware. We did arrive to our first stop on time. The second stop the driver could not get the speaker system to work so he pulled over for 15 minutes and tinkered with it. When I called and asked why they were in the same spot he blamed it on the teenage passengers. Later a few kids told me they heard the call and that they never asked- he just pulled over. One of the kids ended up fixing it for him. I understand he was trying to help but we had a schedule and we were late to our next event that code me $1100.00 I also scolded my son for asking him to fix the speakers because we were on a timeline. I felt bad for that later because it was the drivers doing. The teens also reported he kept the partitions down in the party bus so he can see them. He didn't like the music so he turned of off as well. Eh- not much of a party spirit for a party bus. After that things went smoothly except he would make comments like "this is a hard job for such small pay" Or "it's dangerous driving this car for so little" I tipped him $100 - so I goes the pity party worked. He had me sign a waiver after the last stop and the work was completed. It cost a total of about $1300 for 6 hours. read more
