She is dismissive, rude, has zero customer service skills and is a detriment to the practice. Her condescending tone is obnoxious and she clearly needs some training to change that. I can't imagine how patients for whom paying for oral surgery is a struggle feel when she acts as if their questions about billing are an inconvenience. I sincerely hope she either develops some self awareness or Touro finds her another job with minimal patient contact.
