The second time it was quite busy so it felt a little rushed. After a few days we noticed our dog kept scratching his ears then when he was laying on back we realized he still had cotton balls inside his ears that were never removed by groomer. We called to let the manager know and they didn't seem to care. We understand that mistakes can happen but he could've gotten an ear infection had we not noticed in time. Would recommend if you come here you to check your dog's ears when picking them up to ensure all items are removed.

The last visit we never receive a call that our dog "COWBOY" was done. Typically he takes two hours but after two and a hlf hours I started to call but my call went to voice mail. Not having a problem in the past I let it ride for another hour and then decided to visit the shop to see what was up. By the time I arrived he was done and the heavy set girl at the counter asked if I would like to leave a tip and I asked for what he had been there for four hours at that point and when he came out it was obvious that he was in distress not having to go potty the entire time he was there. I chalked that the issue was related to the person I was dealing with and her complete lack of social skills. Our appointment was today at 10:00 AM, we were held up by morning traffic and when we arrive I took him for a short walk to relieve himself. When we walk in I was not met with a greeting but was asked if this was COWBOY and I acknowledged that he was. I was then hit with a comment that the rules stipulate the there is only a fifteen minute grace period and that she need to check with the groomer before she could accept my dog. Yes it was the same heavy set gal. I have been coming here for years and have spent 1,000's of dollars here and now I have to be explained what the rules are even though I have never had any type of problem in the past. I guess that there is a new sheriff in town and I need to learn my place. I do not know who owns this place but want to make it clear that I am certainly not going to be abused by a dog groomer receptionis. you can look up my account to see who I am and my promise is that I will not spend another nickel at Zuri as long as this individual works there. Authority is a privilege and should not be given to individuals that are not responsible or mature enough to understand how it is to be used. In this case this person feels she is entitled to chase customers away. If you feel that is the proper way to use it I do not think that you will be in business much longer. Remember dog groomers are paid for with discretion art funds and in the case of a bad economy or poor service dry up pretty fast. Do yourself a favor and eliminate this problem as soon as you can. I would give my rating a minus number if I could.

We made a trial visit to her home and our puppy fit right in. She goes above and beyond while caring for her dogs. Sends pictures, makes daily local dog park trips, walks, spoils with treats and even helps with some training issues. She truly loves what she does. I feel like our puppy is at a family members house while we are gone. I love that our puppy is in a home environment and is cared for in an individualized manner. She really gets to know each of her dogs. Romey loves going to Aunt Gails and really misses all of his furiends when he comes home. We are so blessed to have found such a wonderful second home for our puppy. We never worry about a thing when we are away.

You can tell Mackenzie truly cares about every single dog in her care. In addition her ability to train you on how to handle your dog is excellent. She wants your dog to succeed but she wants you to as well. I can't imagine not doing training with her. And I highly recommend doing it if you can with your dog when they are a puppy because you will get a head start before they develop any undesired behaviors. I found her to be lovely, responsible, reliable, honest, and trustworthy. I've been using their pet sitting services for 2 1/2 years, now. Shannon takes great care for my almost 18 year old, Ragdoll Cat. My cat adores her! Although, she's a special needs kitty, Shannon assured me that they would take great care of her while I'm away. I have found their prices to be a little high, but this service is worth the peace of mind. They pick up mail, scoop cat litter, feed, water, brush, and administer medications. What they do not do is administer IVs, which my Kitty needs 3 times a week. I'm very happy with their services, and I gladly recommend them. I've dealt with Linda very little. Shannon is a gem! She responds quickly, while I'm away to check in, and sends me photos of my fur baby! Be specific on what you need for your pet or pets, and it'll get done, if they can do it.
