Once we picked them up, my oldest dog Presley came back limping really badly. When I called to find out what happened and to express how upset I was, they immediately said nothing happened to her and that my other dog, youngest one's nail had been cut too short. Obviously something happened to her, if my dog comes back limping. What's sad is, she was the one walking me down the aisle. So not only did my dog limp down the aisle with me, her leg has never been the same. Now we just recently found out that her leg might actually be broken or have a fracture from this day. I'm hoping someone at PetSmart Corporate reads this review and looks into video footage of this day. If you claim to love animals so much, do better with your hiring and recruitment on groomers who are taking pets into their hands. This is not okay to hurt an animal, but also lie to your customers about what happened.

We had a dog, whom we also adopted but from Irvine, that we had euthanized at home in early April so the Aussie wasn't our first dog. Our Aussie is typical of the breed - high-energy, intelligent and focused. Although he's a sweetie at home, he was the opposite on walks. The worst problem was his barking and lunging at other dogs. When I picked him up, I saw that not only did he love the people, he played with other dogs too! That's the first time I have ever heard of Val playing with dogs. Considering he was only there for the day, Yas and his team must have spend a lot of time with him, patiently helping him get comfortable. I have never, ever, seen my dog adapt so quickly and completely. The details: When I called, Yas answered the phone and was very kind and helpful. He didn't seem bothered at all when I mentioned Val being reactive, explaining that dogs are often that way initially but usually get comfortable after some time, and that there was a private room if Val needed it. When we met him, he was SO good with Val! I've never seen someone react so calmly and fearlessly around him. I had been terrified that with Val nonstop barking, he would be turned away, but within about 10 minutes, after Yas led him on a short walk, Val was mostly calm. I immediately felt reassured. It was clear that Yas really understands dogs and believes all dogs are inherently good. I love that Barking Bliss has an app! It made it super-easy to create a profile for my dog, make an appointment, and upload his vaccination records. Mid-day I received a text with a picture of Val! It's awesome that they take the time to take pictures (and sometimes video) and proactively share that with the pet-parent. It was reassuring to see him sitting nicely, and know he was being paid attention to. Barking Bliss blew our minds. We will definitely be back and I know Val will be happy to see his new friends again!

Lots of other places will charge you up the wall for picking up your dog after a certain time, etc..

This is the miracle location, that assisted the family to provide a loving forever home for their furry member of the family. The pet adoption center, took care of all the paperwork, did labs to make sure the dogs were healthy, and provided medication, medical treatment, check ups, dental, etc. because they adore our canine friends. They accept donations, and volunteers to walk, help assist, taking care of the dogs. I believe for a small fee, one can adopt a dog here. This is a blessing, having this pet adoption center locally in the community!
