The man working today (I wish I would've grabbed his name) was one of the most friendly, helpful and knowledgeable store associates I've ever interacted with. Coming from a history of marketing, sales and retail management, I appreciated this to no end. Vape312 operates a clean, comforting and "current" store design & has a wide variety of products and solutions for everyone, and I back the opinion that even those who are beginners could walk in and confidently walk out with a solution specifically tailored to them (thanks to the awesome staff). I was even told a little about how hard working and passionate the owners are, and I absolutely do not doubt that as fact. It is evident in the brand they are creating. If you are looking for a vape shop in Chicago, the search can be overwhelming. But please take my word for it that this place is the place to be!

I still remember my first visit - I was really determined to quit smoking but unhappy with the mod I bought online. The staff checked my mod which we deemed was defective. I found another one here, affordable, & juices I loved. Needless to say, I've not once picked up the stinky sticks since. I moved away for a few years & upon coming back to Chicago, I'm happy to be back. Same great service, selection, & prices. Recently, I stopped in on Sunday, desperate. The tank on my mod was leaking all over the place & I knew a replacement was due. Joseph recommended me the perfect tank, coils to go with, & of course, I had to get another bottle of some juice. (Also recommended but a new favorite!) if you're thinking about dropping cigarettes or already enjoy vaping, pay this place a visit. I really enjoyed Vape Daze solely because of the staff member that I encountered during my visit. The staff member was extremely patient and full of knowledge when it came to educating and instructing my friend on how to use her newly purchased vape. Vape Daze had many of the same basic things that you would find at the other countless shops. I did appreciate that I was able to view a variety of the cigars and hookah pipes as a potential present for someone. The staff member even offered to check out my boyfriends leaky pipe that he purchased from another store to determine why it was leaking. The shop was very spacious so you won't find yourself feeling like you're on-top of each other when the shop gets busy. There was roughly 8 to 10 people in the shop and because of the total size of the shop I completely forgot there was another group in the shop with us. I ask him if they sell puffco batteries cause I want the same battery. The guy behind the counter takes the pen and starts trying different batteries on it and hits the button to heat up then says those wont work and they dont sell puffco official batteries. I get home use the charger to charge battery then go to use pen and light comes on but no heat. I go back and tell them it stopped working after this and he proceeds to blame me saying the chamber is clogged and got burnt out cause I dont clean it. I clean it regularly and only reason it had residue is cause it stopped working and they try to sell me another one instead of taking the $20 hit and keeping loyal customer. Oh well.

They must have 20 types of Rizzlas...And they have the prettiest glass to But I prefer smoking my tobacco from the greek in paper rather than a pipe. Discovered this place a few weeks ago & grabbed my usual bottle of vape juice. All was fine until…read moremy second visit. The packaging looked eerily similar, but was in a box. I didn't think much of it as this brand has changed their packaging previously. (They went from glass bottles to plastic.) Sadly, upon opening this when I got home, I realize not only was it the WRONG brand, the bottle is HALF the size. I was given the wrong juice altogether, with Sapphire Nic to be added... when it clearly states on the packaging that the juice ALREADY contains nicotine. I was also charged more for this. I guess I should stick to ordering from online vendors. [EDIT] I just bumped up my review upon a third visit this evening. Thankfully they're open late! Going back, I wasn't expecting much. However, upon speaking to someone else & explaining the situation, I was at least allowed to exchange the previous purchase. (Most shops I've gone to do not allow refunds or exchanges.) I left a happier camper than when I first walked in & that's all I could've asked for.
