My husband also sees Dr. Samaddar and I generally see Dr. Kakarla. We have no complaints and I am surprised to see the negative reviews. The office has always been competent with insurance billing and I've never had an issue getting a referral when I've needed one. They also have a nurse who takes blood on-site at the time of your annual physical and it gets sent to the lab required by your insurance plan. We have always been able to get an appointment within a reasonable timeframe when sick. There was only one time that I recall having to go to an urgent care center, and that was for the best since my son needed to have x-rays done. Overall, an excellent practice!

I was never one to accept the process of chiropractic practices after a bad experience with my…read morefirst doctor, but after getting a bad experience during a massage, I decided to give Chiropractic procedures another shot! I went to someone who was recommended to me by many of my friends and family members. So after I went for my 5th time I realized, Dr. Pagano is probably the best, most passionate, and caring doctor a patient could ask for. I walk into to his office and he greets me before I even close the door. While he sets me up on the E stim machine after analyzing where the tightness is in the specified area, we talk and catch up on each others' lives. Dr. Pagano adjusts the levels to the E Stim accordingly to my comfort, throws on some heat pads and comes back in the room every few minutes to check on the process and to see how I'm doing or if I need anything. Once that's over, Dr. Pagano comes in and walks you through what he does next in order to get you leaving his office feeling great. (I won't spoil that part!) He is very gentle while performing his work, especially on those sensitive parts, and he is tough/strong enough where he needs to be. After he does all the magic with his hands, he tells you what you should and shouldn't do for the next few days, couple of weeks, etc. He is very smart and can nearly tell exactly what you did to yourself just by feeling around and analyzing you and your pain. Dr. Pagano is a lifesaver, if it wasn't for him I would still be suffering from a lot of the injuries I had previously experienced, because nothing else worked for me until I stepped foot into his office. I called in the middle of…read morecold and flu hysteria as a new patient, keeping my fingers crossed that they'd take me either today or tomorrow. Luckily, they were able to fit me in today (though Dr. Abdalla did say I got very lucky there because I guess that's not the norm). The front desk staff were pleasant, kind, and helpful and I only waited about 5 minutes after filling out my paperwork. The nurse who took me back was great. She was very nice and actually told me my information, rather than just writing it on the chart without saying anything (I hate when they do that). I waited maybe 5-10 minutes in the room before Dr. Abdalla came in. I loved her!! She had an excellent bedside manner. She was everything I would want a doctor to be. Warm, kind, interested, knowledgeable, thorough, and not in a rush. She actually apologized for talking too much as she was explaining some of the possible causes for my symptoms. In case you missed that, let me repeat it -- she was APOLOGIZING for taking her time and addressing my concerns! She asked me a lot of questions about the illness I went in for and also spent time going over a few other things that I had checked off on my paperwork as general complaints (which I was not expecting her to even look at today). SUCH a breath of fresh air after my last experience with another doctor at another practice. Dr. Abdalla was the exact opposite of the doctor who rushed me in and out of her office, didn't listen to my complaints, and made me feel bad for bringing up problems I was having. I am soooo excited to have found a great doctor in my area who I feel really comfortable with!
