I asked for a mani/pedi with a french tip. The pedi turned out very beautiful and the lady who did it was very kind and caring. But when it came to the mani, I was extremely dissapointed. I asked for a simple french tip, and instead of painting the tip white I asked for more of a blue color so that it would match my dress. The lady who did the shaping of the nail was very passive. She did not try to converse with me and was rushing the entire process. She cut multiple of my fingers and they began to bleed. She then moved onto my friend and made another employee finish my nails. The lady left my friend's hands in acetone for an hour and now her hands are extremely dry and are cracking. The other employee that finished off my nails was an older man. He was also extremely passive and a little bit aggresive. He would shove my hands away when he wanted them to be put under the gel dryers. I also communicated to him that I just wanted the tip of my fingers to be blue. Instead, he painted my entire nails. And the best part?? Instead of giving me blue, he gave me a cat eye green. It still turned out nice, but absolutely nothing like I wanted and not at all what I asked for. I paid 115 dollars only to be disapointed. I don't recommend coming here unless you are just getting a basic mani pedi. read more

I'm not from here and wanted to get my nails done while visiting a friend. I decided to try here and I regret it. I'm not sure of her name but she was insanely aggressive with me the cut the skin off my finger. She was constantly trying to upsell and talk me into things I didn't want. She also covered my fingers in topcoat and acrylic when she was applying it. I would not recommend this place to anyone as you can tell from the pictures she did a terrible job at them even if she hadn't cut me. None of the French tips are the same size. I went there yesterday for the first time. The tech barked at me to pick out a color, but neglected to show me where her color books were located. She also barely spoke to me and was quite rough - I even had to pull my hand away due to injury she caused. The tech also cut my new set way too short. The facilities were also quite unkept, not as sanitary as one would expect and smelled of someone's stinky lunch. At the end, I still wanted to be kind an add tip. I asked for change and the tech tried to guilt me into letting her keep the larger bill. I will not be back. read more

Please beware of the low quality service of this location. I had requested a French tip with pink glitter polish, no chip manicure. The rude male nail tech, possibly named Van, started to loudly scream at me and complain, when I had corrected him on the wrong glitter nail polish he was using on my nails. I was very disappointed by the service of this nail salon. I paid $36.00 for a nail tech to just remove my previous no chip polish and left with no new polish. I felt extremely uncomfortable and wanted to leave ASAP after the rude encounter. So I ended up going to Natural Nails (few minutes from this location) to have my nails fix, the nail tech, Ben, was kind and wonderful in using the correct nail polish I wanted. Highly recommend skipping this location and going to the Natural Nails for better service. read more

Had no chip done on my toes which turned out fine. But the younger guy working there did not know how to do my dip on my hands. it's lumpy and thick and uneven. I added the chrome which was an additional $15 and it only showed all the flaws even more. $108 plus tip later my nails looks horrible. will not be going back. read more

Update. This salon has gone downhill since I wrote my original review a year ago. Now they don't keep appointments you make, even via a walk in appointment because they wouldn't answer the phone. I watched an employee write my name in their book. When I returned the next day - my name had magically disappeared and they wouldn't serve me. First time visiting and wanted a pedicure. Made an appointment with a friend who got a manicure. The place is very clean and organized and friendly. My friend got a very nice manicure that she was very happy with and for all the reasons above I liked the place but my guy w as very nice and I really liked him and wanted to give him a good review but the pedicure was very streaky and splotchy and just not good and honestly I could've done better and was not worth the $40 +$10 tip. This salon is absolutely my go to. They have an amazing rewards system that's easy to sign up for, very reasonable prices, and a great color selection! I have bounced around from one salon to another but have been loyal to this place since I found them. My nails look amazing every time I leave and the pedicures almost put me to sleep. They are very honest about the wait time and will never keep you waiting for an hour like some salons I've been to. Truly amazing! And I highly recommend! read more

The 'fix' was stellar! Dare I say the BEST french no-chip manicure I've gotten in a very long time. Went today for just a pedi after a long, stressful week. Asked for their very best pampering pedi, the Honey Pearl... It was perfection. I was there less for the polish and more for the relaxing treatment. Same fella who 'fixed' my bad mani from the other place did this pedicure. Beautiful job from top to bottom. His name is Ty. Stress was relieved and that's what I was looking for, so I call him Dr. Ty... because he had the medicine I needed. This is a great place, great people, lots of laughing, lots of happy faces... best experience at a salon I've ever had. I almost didn't want to call out his name, Ty... because when I arrive I want HIM to take care of me, don't want him swamped with other guests... Take me! Take me! :). ... but he deserves the credit and accolades. But don't think for a second he is the only gem. Another gentleman did my mani/pedi the first time I visited and his work was also high quality and was actually initially hoping for him to take care of me when I arrived.
