Corporate told me to go in that it should be there, so I get there, wait in line, and was snottily told I didn't have to, that I should have just picked it up. And I was like right, well, it was already marked off as having been picked up when it wasn't, so I want to make sure it's actually here and you all check it off on your end that it was done successfully. To which I then get an oh.....and of course someone else needed to then be called over because the person had no clue how to handle the situation. Not impressed. Not impressed whatsoever.

They just walk right past you. Which I am not used to at Ulta stores. Usually the employees will come up to me and ask me if I am finding everything OK. This location , they pretty much ignored me. They always acted like they were busy doing something else when they were just walking around. They also do not carry Chanel perfume, which is annoying. One more thing that really annoyed me is they their Stila eyeliner that I use the last three times I have purchased this from them, it has been defective and I'd have to take it back and buy it online.

When needs for flexibility arise very little is done to accommodate. I had an appointment today that should have been for 2 hours I made a stupid incorrect time allocation from MI to IN time which was totally my fault but still arrived only 30 minutes late . I asked if the stylist could give me a cut instead of color which would quite easily be done in the time allotted to my appointment. I was told the stylist left the premises (at 1:30 in the afternoon on a Thursday) I could receive NO services and I still had to pay for the service I scheduled. I understand this is the salon's policy and did pay but made certain ALL future appointments were cancelled. I do not intend to go back. The receptionist made no attempt at all at being pleasant Yes this was my fault, I admit that but if you would like to be treated kindly and that your time is as important as the stylist's ( and the receptionist's ) you might want to skip this salon

Kate listened to me, did exactly what I wanted, and even experimented some which turned out beautifully. Plus, the haircut was completely reasonable at 24 bucks. The salon itself was very clean and polished and the products that were used were really nice. I'm impressed by how stylish the space was. They also offer massage and waxing services and Kate mentioned that a cut and color is only 69 bucks. I will definitely be going back when I visit my parents, it is worth it. :)
