After checking in and starting to fill out paperwork, I was told they didn't accept my Kaiser Core insurance. I immediately offered to self-pay, but after the front desk contacted billing, they still canceled my appointment and refused to let me see the doctor. As a result, I lost work hours, wages, time, gas, and energy for nothing. No one informed me about any insurance issues beforehand. Extremely disappointing and unprofessional experience.
