Exceptional all around experience from IZS. We started calling locally for a new chest freezer. The model we wanted was not in stock anywhere with a three plus week wait to special order. Called IZS and spoke with Leah who advised that they had three in stock. Tax free weekend was coming up so she volunteered to give us a quote and then process the invoice that Saturday. Picking up at the warehouse was a breeze. Looks like a new, well run facility. Unpacked the freezer and found two dents. The box and the styrofoam were all in tact, so the dents appear to have happened before packaging. Worked with Jesikah, who is responsive and helpful, regarding the dents. She gave us a couple of choices and really valued what works best for us. So happy with how everything turned out. Thanks to IZS we got what we wanted quickly, at a great price, AND everyone at IZS is professional and appear to love their job. Last visit gets 1 star. Waited for 25 minutes, sales reps were busy, no one acknowledged me, no waiting area or sign in sheet. Texted shortly after and got an immediate response but was unable to get back to the store. Bought several appliances here in the past. The sales part is usually routine. You will pay for delivery, though the delivery staff at Schwartz is the reason I keep going back. nothing but broken promises...claim no problem w machine They never call back gave wrong corrective action according to manufacture LG. so many problems LG said they had to chg manual;not supposed to clean washer w vinegar or bleach. I Bought several appliances from IZ Schwartz because I liked the idea of not buying from a big box store. IZS was nearby and had a good selection of Refrigerators, Washers and Dryers. I bought all three in early January 2022. Customer service is terrible and i will not be returning to them every again. Refrigerator arrived damaged and would require two service calls to fix. Recently purchased kitchen appliances ( stove, dishwasher and refrigerator) here. Jarid was pleasant and attentive and was sure to recommend products to meet my needs and fit in my condo kitchen. The delivery men were great, and on time as well as very careful to assure the items were delivered without leaving any damage or difficulties. The star of the process was the installer David Sousa ( and his wife partner ) who worked diligently to make some modifications for a perfect fit! All items were thoroughly cleaned and their operation was explained in detail. They assured that before they left everything was perfect, inclusive of shining the stainless steel !! Oh and the delivery guys took away the old items with no concerns on my part. There are other choices out there such as the big box stores. But if you're shopping for appliances, Schwartz is absolutely the place to go. Pricing is competitive and the service is far superior than you will ever get elsewhere. Couldn't be more impressed by this appliance store and the entire staff. They are amazing commutators, kind and patient, with extreme knowledge of the product. They have a wide selection are truly superior pricing. I did tons of research and they easily had the best deal. Leah came in to meet us on a Saturday which she had off from work and didn't rush us at all as her daughter patiently waited so their family could start the weekend together. They brought in donuts for the customers and made us coffee too! We live in Boston but they are well worth the drive and we'd make it over and over! Highly recommended!!!! read more

I purchased a refrigerator 9 years ago when I first moved to Ma. My family is in need of a new washer and dryer now. I ordered over the phone with Jared. He was honest and knowledgeable. He's been there for ten years. They offer set up at no additional cost. It is true that they do not offer repair services but they will partner up with local small business owners in the field. The prices are highly competitive. The delivery is fast! My products are not in store and needed to be a special order. It is Wednesday. The washer will be at their location sometime Friday and they will install everything Saturday morning. We will be back for new kitchen appliances once the design is set in place. read more

We were looking for a stove and a dishwasher for our kitchen renovation. We knew exactly which stove we wanted. We shopped around for price everyplace had it for about the same except Costco for like 400 less. Then our designer said try IZ Swartz. I figured a small appliance place couldn't come close to a similar price. They didn't have it on the floor but we had the serial number. They ordered it and we got it for 500 less than Costco somehow. At first I thought he had to be wrong but nope it's the exact same stove and we LOVE it. While we were there we picked up a dishwasher. It was a floor model that never was used and it was half price. I love this place and they are extremely helpful. .......oh and a couple weeks later they sent us a rebate on the stove for 100 dollars. read more

At Schwartz, our sales person, Stephen Glouster, actually listened to what we wanted and made suggestions within our budget. He understood his product line and could explain the differences between products and models. He found us the best pricing and helped us fill out the rebate forms. I have ordered two Refrigerators' from IZ and I should have learned my lesson the first time. Both have broken down and the pieces inside the fridge are cheap and fragile. They may have cheap prices but their appliances break and they will not come out and fix them. Stay away !!! read more

We've been a customer of IZ Schwartz for many years and just purchased an LG refrigerator from them during the Massachusetts sales tax holiday. In my experience, they offer a strong combination or product knowledge, service, and good prices that cannot be matched by the likes of Sears, Best Buy, Lowe's, or Home Depot. We've made several purchases from Leah Schwartz in the past and were pleased to work with her again for this purchase. While the store has been a member of the community for decades, one thing that has changed recently is that their location is now a bit off the beaten path since Route 6 was rerouted as part of the new Veteran's Memorial Bridge project. That being said, they're right down the road from the Home Depot in Somerset and are worth the trip if you're appliance shopping in the area. We'll certainly be stopping by when our 18 year old dryer finally gives up the ghost. read more

on aug29.we purchsed a new stove from schwartz ,we were told it would be 2-3wks to arrive.it arrived in 3wks and upon installing found igniters would not work. Icalled steve but was told he was out for lunchleft my noumber and he would call back,2hrs later I called backand talked to I believe was the owner,told her the problem and she would get back to me Icalled back again and was connected to Jessica who handles repair appt.was also told she would get back to me. WRONG! no call back.being a saturday I called back on monday and finally tlke to Steve ,it seems he didnt know anything about my calls.he had an independent repair service contact me to set up an appointment,2weeks later we get repair technician in, cant fix, will have to order 2new parts itll be another week for parts and POSSIBLE REPAIR? in last 20+ yrs weve bought quite a few appliances from schwartz and never had any problems ,but it seems this store has a lack of communication all around they still havent called me back to help in any way,its like we sold it and NOW YOU OWN IT!! read more
