He gave us a 30 day warranty and stated if this stopped working he would order a new part and fix it free of charge. The dryer worked for exactly a week and then stopped working. I reached out and he informed he will contact after ordering the part He did text that he has the part but has not answered any of my texts or given me a time. Frank responded to my inquiry on Yelp the day I posted it and called me the same day for a…read moreconsultation. Frank even worked on Sunday a day he doesn't work to come look at my refrigerator and see if he could fix it as the fridge and freezer was not cold. On Sunday he looked at my fridge and told me the issue, explained the reasoning behind the issue and even gave me a temporary fix until he could get the part on Monday and install it. Monday came and Frank arrived with the part ready to install. Explained how the temporary fix of the timer for the frost and defrost did not make our fridge cold. He installed the timer that was broken and stated if by the next morning the freezer and fridge was not cold than it was a bigger issue and will cost even more to fix it. My family and I decided to get rid of our old fridge since the refrigerator was 10 years old and potentially had more problems then we thought so be bought a new one. Even though we choose to get a new one, Frank was professional, on time, and explained everything and even showed me what the issues was. Frank charged for the diagnostic and labor and then the part. Frank went above and beyond to deliver, and meet our expectations. I highly recommend South Coast Appliance Repair!

After calling almost every place in New England looking for someone who sells empire space heaters a friend recommended that I call Gerry's Heating in Fall River. I called them and asked if they had the particular space heater in stock and they did. I immediately drove down there to purchase it. They were very nice and helpful. I would highly recommend visiting them if you ever need to purchase a space heater especially if you need an empire brand heater.
