We've been here several times in recent yeas, and our latest stop yielded a couple of very nice on-sale sweaters, abut 40% off list. That is in keeping with the experiences we've had in the past. The folks who work here have always been friendly and seem to know their store. The store itself is clean, pretty well organized -- and dogs are welcome! If you're a fan of Orvis products, this is a must visit.

Horrible customer service and return policy, go somewhere else. Item shipped before any response to claim, now $10 to return plus all of the hassle, never again, lots better companies out there. I feel like the no access to order and delay were a very intentional way of screwing the customer.
