On 5/18 they didn't have it so I reminded them and they said they'd email it; no email. 5/20 I call and ask about it, I'm told I'll be emailed; no email. Now it's 5/27 I call again and I'm told I'll be updated.. we'll see. My FSA rolled over and the deadline for submissions is 6/1. I thought by asking on 5/4 I wouldn't have to worry about being out $1,600 AND losing the $1,600 in my FSA but here we are. I think I'll go somewhere else for the semi-annual service I need and avoid the headache.

Well that perfect time turned into a hell of a two hour procedure which at the end all of the Novacaine had worn off and the dentist was seriously irritated that it was taking so long and that I was in pain - he gave me nothing for the pain and sent me on my way. I drove home sobbing. Being pregnant then I couldn't take Advil and was forced to take Tylenol. I returned to the dentist several times over the next two weeks in extreme pain and was met with an eye roll and the statement that nothing could be done. I am convinced that it was this traumatic procedure and the amount of medications that I had to take for the pain that led to my son being born with autism. Unfortunately, I went to this dentist office for several years and can confirm every single cavity or crown procedure that I had done there needed to be redone multiple times because of how bad these dentists are. I don't know why it took me this long to write this review but people need to know about the risk of going here - sure they have GREAT hours for working people but it's simply not worth it.

Root canal, they refer you to other specialists. There's parking available in the structure with validation available. They are off on weekends and Wednesdays.

Routine cleaning gone wrong:…read more 2/5 stars because the dentist did a pretty good job fixing a chipped tooth the first time I went in, but only 2/5 stars because I mostly go there for routine cleanings which kept getting worse and worse until I literally had to walk out half way through during my last cleaning. The hygienest didn't like when I asked her to skip the chit chat as she tends to talk my ear off and her whiplash to my request was very unpleasant. She was going off on a rant for ten minutes about random things before I had to cut her short and asked to just focus on the cleaning. She then became careless, apathetic, and mechanical while rushing to complete the job. Her metal toothpick abruptly punctured a gap between my teeth below the gum line prying them apart and separating the gap between my teeth even more which caused me a lot of pain. I immediately stood up and walked out. I was left with a major tooth ace, gum pain and a severe migraine for the rest of the day. In fact its been 12 hours and half my face is still throbbing in pain. I am left wondering if this what at all intentional?
