I also barely saw any employees out on the floor and there were only two people at the registers... I did get a couple potholders but there weren't really any choices, so I just had to settle. I went to this Old Navy a few weeks ago in search of clothes for my six year old daughter…read more The store was clean and the employees were nice but it was hard finding the clothes for my daughter. I saw one sign for kids clothes and it was for Boys 18mo or something; there weren't any other signs for the other kids clothes. After asking an employee I found the clothes, but they are split up really oddly across isles. I like Old Navy but they didn't have many clothes for my daughter and it's tough to find them at this store.

I am an African American female in my late 20's. I entered the store and despite being the only person besides the worker in the store I was not greeted. The store was silent, with no music on and the worker didn't once come up to me to ask if I needed any help. However, when a white customer walked in the door she was promptly greeted with a hello and asked if she needed any help. I had found an item I wanted to try on and the worker saw me carrying this item and never asked if I wanted to try it on. I then was forced to try to coat on without a fitting room. AFTER fully trying it on and taking it off, the worker comes up and asks me if I want to try it on. I then told her that was no longer necessary. I am extremely disappointed in the service I received. I am not a person to assume my maltreatment is due to race, however the fact that a white customer received immediate treatment does raise suspicion. I would recommend this store address implicit bias as to their customers.

So many eclectic, classy, interesting pieces of clothing, hats, jewelry, body lotions, candles and neat games for kiddos. Something for everyone in the family. I had a warm, friendly greeting from the staff asking if they could assist and filling me in on a bit of the stores' 17-year history since I was new to the area. I enjoyed just spending time perusing all the cute nooks and crannies of the space. Will definitely visit again!

If hate giant departments stores (me), are on the lookout for something a bit different from the mall shops (me) and you're a woman who wears a size 12 or less, then you might want to give this place a go. I know, Papillion isn't exactly the mecca of high fashion in the Omaha area, but there's a little jewel downtown that's worth a visit.
