You can really tell this is a family-owned business--they care about their customers and make sure you're satisfied. Everything was organized and easy to access. They didn't give us what we ordered, and everytime I called was told they'd send it, and it be in…read morethe mail which they never did, well after weeks of calling, being told its be in the mail, and it never coming, they then told us they cant do anything since its past the 30 days of ordering, so we never received what we paid for. Terrible customer service, and would recommend going anywhere else because if you have an issue, they'll just waste your time until it's passed there 30 day policy.
