The drawer it was meant to support completely slouched. Other drawers were obstructed & unusable. I didn't think it could be fixed considering how damaged the wood was. Wayfair refused to send a driver to take the dresser back. Unable to move the dresser out of my apartment, I was left to living w/ piles of folded clothing all around my bedroom. So I decided to have a professional at least look at the damage. Not only did top notch wood repair fix the dresser within an hour, they made sure the drawers all had perfect alignment & lifted the dresser and attached legs for me. Besides being kind and pleasant, the repair technician was very knowledgable. He knew exactly what to do. The level of professionalism & quality of work was impressive. He was efficient and a perfectionist who took pride in his skills & abilities. I feel lucky I have found this company as I know if I need furniture repair, I now have a reliable and trustworthy source. I plan on referring them to friends & family. The level of service (at an amazingly fair & generous price) as well as respect and manners they gave for my home and me put me at ease. It's hard to find great personal service at a reasonable price like that anymore. I've heard several horror stories from people who've hired someone off the internet for repairs in their homes. By 12/24 I called to advice them I was recovering from surgery that was done a few days earlier, and need a 12/26 afternoon delivery, as I need to make it to the bank in the morning. I was told that's OK, someone will call back. Nobody called back. I did get banking done early on the 26th. Today on 12/31 rug was delivered. I did put in a complaint that I DID call them on the 24th but I did not appreciate having to go to the bank early on the 26th while in recovery, and not getting a call back. A MANAGER called back apologizing about a computer glitch CAN YOU SMELL THE BS? what does that have to do with a call back??? Due to my husband's disabilities I was unable to bring the two rugs back home after their cleaning and repair which costs over $1000. I decided to donate the rugs to a local non-profit. Bedrosian offered me no assistance with my predicament. In the interim a I paid for their service plus their ongoing charges for storage. When picked up by the non profit my bank account was hit for charges I didn't know about. No one from Bedrosian called to give me a heads-up and after numerous calls no one has called me back to explain why I owed these charges since all the invoices in my possession say no balance was due. I would never go back to them.

The rugs are wearing…read morehorribly...the knots are pulling in a manner that exceeds anything we have ever seen...there are numerous pieces of yarn stemming out from the rugs and other frizzy bits and pieces we can't identify. We have owned many rugs over the years, and never experienced rugs wearing like this. It is clear that the Bedrosian rugs are "defective." Given that we worked with Bedrosian in the past, we trusted them to sell us quality rugs. We looked at the receipts for the rugs to determine information regarding content, care & origin to discover there is no such information outlined. We had our decorator look at the rugs. She surmised that the rugs are poor quality. She stated that in all the years she has worked as a designer, she has never seen such poor quality rugs for the price. 2 of the rugs we purchased are still wrapped in Bedrosian's original wrapping. We do not plan on using them based on our experience with the 3 rugs that were installed. We have requested Bedrosian take back the 2 unused rugs & refund us. We have not heard back. One needs to be extremely concerned about the quality of rugs when purchasing from Bedrosian. We feel that we have been taken advantage of in a big way.

WOW!!! Bob and Jake took our area rugs to be "beaten" and cleaned. The results were amazing. We…read morehave two large cream colored area rugs that get a lot of traffic. Bob and Jake got out every piece of leftover Christmas glitter, every piece of sand from outside, and every strand of dog hair. We could see shading in front of the sofa before it was cleaned, and it was completely mark free when it came back. When Jake unrolled the carpet, he noticed one very small stain remaining. He worked on that spot until it was completely clean. The following day a stranger's dog got loose and the only way to catch it was to allow it in and try to capture her. She had run through all of our flower beds first, so her muddy paws got all over the newly cleaned rugs when she came in. I called Bob, and the next day he and Jake came over and got rid of all the muddy paw prints with no extra charge. Jake again went over the rug making sure that there were no spots remaining. I would highly recommend NY Rug Authority. Our area rugs look like the first day we put them down. Other carpet cleaners can't measure up to NY Rug Authority. Bob and Jake should be commended for their professionalism and attention to detail.

He came to my house and inspected the rugs and was actually able to give me some information on the rugs I had never known before. Him and his sons then explained exactly what needed to be done and the step by step process they were going to use to keep my mind at ease. I was also happy to hear they use all natural products which is important to my family. The end result was absolutely amazing!
