So he put the fan in the car, but does not refill my air conditioner, he states the car has a mechanical problem. I paid him160.00 dollars for a refill that I did get . I took the car to elite to get an air conditioning refill . They told me that there was no mechanical problem. So I paidElite145.87 . I went back to Glen transmission business. I asked him for a refund. I should not have to pay for a service that I didn't receive. He called me a FB , and walked away. Now the motor fan , on July 26, 2024 , Glen put my motor fan in my car. On the day I was supposed to bury my grandson, I took my 2018 Encore to Elite. I asked Seth from Elite if they could take a look at the car . The car was not running smoothly. The mechanics said this car needed a motor fan . I told them and had the receipt from Glen when the motor fan was replaced. I asked Seth if he could call Glen about the problem. Seth thought the motor fan should be in warranty, but Glen didn't call back. I also called about the motor fan 9/15/2025 to Glen business, no reply. Glen obviously doesn't take care of his customers! I am a senior citizen, who Glen has taken advantage of! I paid a total of 451.50 for a A/C refill which I didn't get ! A defective motor fan which no one wants to take care of! I was having noise/grinding in the rear end of my Ford F150. My technician, Kaleb, met me at 800am on the drop off day. He drove the car with me to ensure he heard what I was hearing. After I left, they performed an 80 point inspection. The results of the inspection identified things that were wrong and needed immediate fix. It also identified "should haves" based on mileage and timing. The text allow me to "accept" or "decline" the service. I phoned for clarification on one item and was given a thorough explanation. I authorized them to perform the tasks I needed most. I received a call at 430pm that night indicating my car was done. I will be going back to Solomon's for future car repair needs.

1 Star - Absolutely the worst dealership experience of my life…read more I have purchased three vehicles from SVG Motors over the years, and after what they just put me through, I will never return and strongly advise others to stay away. My first purchase, a 2001 Chevy Blazer, was fine. My second vehicle, a 2006 Toyota 4Runner, is also a good vehicle -- but even then I should have learned my lesson. During that purchase, the salesman asked if I wanted the Simonize package. I clearly said NO. When I later reviewed the paperwork, I discovered they had added it anyway for around $2,500. It only got removed after arguing with the sales manager. That should have been the last time I ever stepped foot in SVG Motors. Unfortunately, I later saw a 2019 Acura TLX on their lot and made the mistake of trusting them again. About 16 months later, SVG contacted me offering to refinance my vehicle, claiming they could lower my payment and interest. I agreed and came in based on how they presented it. What happened next was completely unacceptable. During this so-called "refinance," I was forced to sell my car to SVG and repurchase the exact same car from them, which resulted in over $1,800 in unnecessary sales tax. I later confirmed directly with Day Air Credit Union that this is NOT required to refinance a vehicle. When I confronted SVG, the salesman claimed: "That's the only way we can do it." Hours later, one of the managers, Jeff called and offered three options: 1. Go back to my original loan 2. He would write me a check to cover the sales tax 3. Rewrite the deal again without sales tax I chose the check. On the day I was supposed to come in and receive it, I instead got a voicemail stating they had already written up a completely new deal and lowered my payment -- without my approval. During this entire process: * They forgot paperwork multiple times * A salesman showed up at my house unannounced on a Sunday, causing a panic and setting off my dogs * Communication was disorganized, inconsistent, and careless Worst of all, my original lender still shows my loan as active and due. When I contacted both lenders, I was told: * Day Air Credit Union received incomplete paperwork from SVG * They reached out to SVG and never heard back * Day Air ultimately informed me they do not offer refinancing loans at all -- only new vehicle purchases So now I am left dealing with: * Multiple lenders * A loan that should have been paid off but wasn't * Extra taxes charged that never should have existed * And zero accountability from SVG Motors This is not a misunderstanding -- it is a pattern of incompetence and deceptive practices. If you value your money, your credit, and your peace of mind: DO NOT do business with SVG Motors

Warranty is done after 3 months/90 days. So now I am stuck in a 7-8 year loan on a used vehicle that couldn't even make it half a year from this place. the transmission is going to cost $6,000 - $7,000 to replace. I didn't purchase the warranty because I was already paying $16,000 for a 2016 car that was priced high to begin with. Didn't want to keep tacking on more money onto the loan. The sticker price was $11,800 but after everything else they want you to add on, the cost goes up quickly. I also never thought something this major would go wrong with the vehicle so quickly. About a week after we got it home it was leaking oil, tires weren't staying filled up, smelled like weed very badly which was supposed to be taken care of at detailing. Just an overall horrible experience and easily the worst lot/customer service I have ever dealt with. You take your chances off of a used car lot, I get that, but for all the money they put into advertising, commercials, opening multiple locations, and so fourth they sure don't focus on the long term relationship with a customer or having them return later on to buy vehicles. After getting burnt this badly I won't ever make the mistake again. SVG Read the reviews, they are bad for a reason. Same problem same noise. They said they heat treat the lifters an must not gotten all the air out . So they Warranted out the job. Got the truck back an it sounded better till it didn't. So when I reviewed the camera and listened to that, so did they first misdiagnose my truck? And it didn't need $6400 in lifters and cam, and we could have saved this whole headache from the get-go or is it the cam lifter's still making the noise and they just don't want to warranty out or repair my truck. Mind you, the whole time my truck is there. It's recording off and on when they're in moving it and bringing it into shop up until the day they take it in to remove the oil PAN to see if there's any metal in it and Lord to behold, my camera was unplugged that day. I find that Suspicious. I have all the footage. And I have multiple videos from the very first service until my very last service of my engine, making noise documented by timestamps. I totally regret taking my truck there. I've had a very bad experience with service that i have received. I won't recommend that place to anyone anymore. 6400 dollars wasted .
