They refused to find a solution stating that they were not going to take back wood they couldn't resell. I purchased approximately $3000 worth of hardwood. Initially the customer service was good when they were trying to sell me on the wood. I took their advice in selecting which kind of wood based on the project I described. They delivered the wood with missing pieces. They said they were going to call me to deliver later. About a month went by and they never called so I had to go pick up the wood myself. When it came time for install, my installers noted the wood was severely warped, and the width of the wood was not even. I tried to be flexible and fair but JW Lumber refused to make things right in any way. Attached are some pictures, the fence looks worst in person. I'll be making a sign for my busy corner lot to tell people not to buy from this place.

I dropped them off on a Saturday and they were ready by the middle of the next week. The cost was around $24 for 2 small mats (Roughly size 12" x 37"). They matched the binding color to the carpet perfectly. They were polite and did a great job. They're located in the Miramar Rd area off Cabot Dr in a warehouse with plenty of parking outside. They have artificial turf there and several carpet remnants as well.
