That was definitely my last visit. At the end of my service Sunny told me how much I owed her. I paid using a credit card and a gift certificate. I was in the process of taking cash out of my wallet for a tip. I laid $5 on the counter and then she handed me the receipt to sign for the credit card. I stopped taking more cash out to sign the receipt. Of course, I was planning on giving her more than $5. I just stopped to sign the receipt. Sunny then said, "$5.....that's all you are going to give me?" And she proceeded to laugh. She made the comment several times. A TIP IS FOR EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE. IT IS NOT AN EXPECTATION. The staff at star nails was just so wonderful. During my session I got sick out of no where and they moved me to a seat closer to the AC, engaged with me, gave me mints to calm my stomach and just overall wow. I will 100% go back because this service was beyond just getting my nails done. This staff who's what makes people willing to come back, spend a lot of money, and actually enjoy some me time. I've spent years looking for a good spot and I am proud to say I found one that's in my own neighborhood and is beyond my expectations.

I didn't have an appointment but they took me as a walk-in. The staff were very welcoming and the spa was very clean inside. The jello pedicure is exactly how it sounds. I put my feet in jello!!
