Came here on a Friday night around 7 and was worried I wouldn't be able to get in. They were extremely busy but luckily one person was free to take me right away. I regret not getting her name, because service was outstanding and I can't recommend her enough. The manicure was quick and efficient, she shaped my nails exactly the way I wanted despite them being uneven from a few breaks. She checked with me to make sure I was okay with the color, then hustled me over to the dryer and proceeded to massage every knot out of my back in just 10 minutes. Prices here are affordable in my opinion, my regular manicure and 10 minute massage was just $22. The vibe here is very busy so I'd call in advance to get an appointment if you can!

I asked again and explained the need cleanliness when dealing with toenailsand the nail tech said that they reuse the nail file and the buffer. With foot fungus being so easy to catch, this is not sanitary. I asked two more times and they told me that they reuse nail files on different people's feet. I looked online and this is a violation of standards for being sanitary. I would never go back to this place. When I asked for the manager's name, they would not give me a name or contact info either. And at the end of the day, they acted like I was the one causing a problem when I asked why I couldn't have a clean nail file.

The new owners have a policy of giving a short neck massage for clients after their services. Somehow, even though I am the payor and tipper (20%) (Today I tipped $8 on a $13 manicure ) I never get the bonus massage. I am sitting here watching others get the service and me NOTHING. Really feeling like a second class citizen. That would not be enough for me to review as it's a bonus but the actual service...., They ask you to pay before you're complete and then when you find problems they fix it in a sloppy way.
