Was in town for business and trip got extended. Desperate for a mani/ pedi I took the chance and I will say this is hands down the BEST mani AND Pedi AND 20 min back massage I've had to date. Such attention to detail and extremely friendly. Only downside is that they aren't where I live. Highly recommend and the price is crazy inexpensive for the services and products used. Pedi with 10 min massage, gel Mani, added on a 20 min back massage for $100 all in. I pay that at home for just mani/pedi. So worth it! Highly recommend and sad I'm not local. read more

Stopped going to this place. Tried this place 3x hoping it would be my new goto (original spot changed ownership so I've been looking for new place). Originally thought this place is overpriced but they do a good job so I figured I keep going. Last few times, they intentionally have multiple people work on you so that they collect multiple tip. The male owner was terrible - filed my nail bed so thin that it chipped next day and multiple nails cracked within first week despite having gel nails. Considering how much I paid - the service was not worth it. Place is clean and always busy, nail colors are plentiful. Will not go back unless I have no choice - need to keep looking for a new goto spot. read more

The service is terrible. They do not greet you when you walk in. I made an appointment just for a pedicure & was not welcomed! When another customer came in & told them they were in a rush, they accommodated them before me as if I wasn't waiting. Just straight up rude & to think I've recommended others because of the artistry for nails. The talent isn't worth the disrespect. read more

I asked how much a gel mani was...$32. Fine. Got a 20 minute massage for $24. Asked how much l owed them as l gave my Card. $80 she says. Without asking they charged me an extra $20 for a weak nail mani. Then l got home and the receipt said $110. They overcharged me almost $50! May not ever go back. Don't trust them. When this place opened I always passed it and said to myself I should stop in and so happy I did. My family and I called ahead and were able to get pedicures and while it can be expensive.. it's worth it. It's clean and I think that rates top of my nail salon lists. It's new, it's maintained, it has parking. The pedicure itself was great! The scent I chose I think was lavender and massage was lovely and the color lasted. read more

Last time I was here I got powder dip nails. The nail tech did an amazing job and they lasted a long time. The one big problem is that the color did not match the color I selected. Fast forward to 3 weeks later, I go back because she did a great job at application and when I asked for her the tech looked at me and trash talked me because of the problem with the color last time and it was obvious she was not happy to see me. I'm sorry I came back because you did a good job and you turn towards your other coworker and talk shit about your color samples not matching the actual color as if that was my fault and I did something wrong. Never going back here. Too bad they don't understand that people are not stupid and can understand them. The staff is immature. The color samples for powder do not match the actual powder color, maybe the need to update their samples I don't know. The service was ok until I got disrespected. I will not pay for disrespect. She does an amazing job but her temper tantrum for a problem that o didn't even blame on her I blamed on management for not updated the samples, was rude and disrespectful. The service here absolutely sucks. I've gotten gel x and multiple spots with higher quality products. The gel x tips seemed like they were bought off Amazon and weren't shaped properly. Took the tech almost an hour to apply the tips. Save your money and go somewhere better. I've never had such a bad nail experience. My experience with this new place was horrible. First they rush. When going for a Pedicure you want to relax. Not! They rush, cut me once on each foot and I asked her to just put pressure for a minute. Nope. Wiped it with alcohol. Forgot to lotion both feet and legs. After this came manicure. WAITED 25 mins before lady came and rush through . Nails on each hand did not match as far as length. Edges were sharp that I wound up buffing them while she held the hot towel. I waited to dry by a tiny fan and couldn't wait to leave. I thought going to a spa always was to relax and enjoy. NOT THIS TIME. read more
