He gave them the list. The guy gave it to the warehouse guy and he was gone for 30 mins. Comes back and not one part was right. They get him straight and the warehouse guy is gone for another 30 mins. Another customer came in so hubs had to stand there and wait on them to finish with this guy instead of checking my husband out who has been there for an hour and ten mins at this point. So an hour and twenty mins is what he was there for total and was the only customer for over an hour! That is ridiculous! Utter nonsense!! Big Tex fix your issues! This is why people go out of town for parts!

I came to town looking at a new Harley and had been thinking of grabbing a cargo trailer as well to haul it home. Caleb not only told me they could set it up with tie downs, but showed me the value of what I was getting for my money. He showed me different sizes and colors and answered all my questions. I also noticed they had PJ Truck beds which I may be needing one or two in the future. Really glad I stopped in here while waiting on the Harley dealership about my bike. Great selection, Great Price, and great customer service!

Great family owned business…read more I thought my water heater was dead. I called as I was leaving Fort Worth, TX and said I would be there around 2:30pm, and asked if they could fit me in that same day. They said not a problem that should work out. I got delayed and was 30 minutes late, I called them to let them know, still no problem. I pulled up and within about 10 minutes they were looking into what was wrong. The younger guys were trying to troubleshoot what the issue was and the owner (you can tell he knows everything there is to know about RV's and trailers) thumps a part on the heater and says, yeah its this part, they are finicky, nothing broken, just needs some WD40 and you might have to thump it on occasion to get water to spin through to kick on the furnace portion of the heater. He didn't charge me anything, they only looked at it for 10 minutes. The fact that they were able to fit me in same day, were honest and up front with me and were all very courteous and genuine won me over. If you need service on your RV, Travel Trailer or 5th Wheel I recommend Miller's.
