Kyle rushed to get the tires we needed in (the same day!) so we could get out of town for our vacation on time. His first price was a super fair price and the team did a great job squeezing me in on a busy day. They kept me informed while waiting and they were all so personable. I expected there to be add ons that I found out about when I paid, but not here! The price was what they quoted and they even did more work than we originally had quoted. They've earned my business for life. So happy to have found an honest, up front shop. Not sure what happened with their last review on here, but I can't imagine this happening at this shop. There are 3 different sizes between the 4 tires and there is absolutely NO reason for that. Bought 2 used tires from them, the front desk woman was rude and incompetent. Left with my 2 used…read moretires for home, upon my arrival I inspect my 2 tires again and find a rusted worn flat on top fencing staple in one of my recently purchased used tires. I contact the front desk to ask them what can be done about the staple, they say to bring it in to see if the tire can be repaired. I drive from Kearney back to Excelsior, new front desk lady same lack of customer service! This review is basically an echo of the previous 1 star reviews, which leads me to believe that this is just the culture at Robs. Never again will I spend hard earned money with this company because they have proven that they do not value their customers. By the way, the tire was not able to be repaired so they had to replace it. So, they sent me home with a damaged tire and acted as if it was an inconvenience for them to have to correct their mistake. Meanwhile I'm burning up my fuel and my patience driving back and forth to deal with their incompetence. The lady's that work the front desk that day need some courses in customer care and service.
