I figured she must've been someone's girlfriend leaving so they could open up and get going. But she comes out of her vehicle walking back up with work clothes. She looked smug like she didn't even want to be at work. I thought how odd when she's got 2 minutes to change and get back out here. At this point, I'm already hesitant what to expect the service to be like. But she comes back out at 7:08. I'm like, cool, she about to check me in and I can be on my way quick as I work at 8 am. But she keeps walking past my car, so I roll down my window to let her know that I arrived first. She repeated that she goes in her own order and that it's going to be a while since no one else was there yet and wouldn't be for a while. Let me say this, I didn't waste no time biting my tongue and leaving. As someone in a customer serving base myself, and our hours start promptly for all our staff for our customers, we are professional and ready to go.
