For the second time in a row my drop off is over 6 hours late and when I call the ask for a manager the girl laughs and offers 15 percent off my next order. I literally missed work 2 times now. I really tried to give them a chance. I will never do it again. I'm going to make a complaint to my bank and get a refund. This is craziness. read more

I was a regular customer here and am bummed out to have to change my review! In the past, they've mixed up my clothes once or twice but fixed it within the same day so I always gave their customer service team props. But this time, i'm missing quite a few bath towels and was told I would be kept updated but it's now been over two weeks and I haven't heard anything. I would love to give them 5 stars. The service was good. They're very professional. But the biggest requirement I have is for unscented detergent. They took my detergent and my unscented drier product but my clothes came back smelling heavily of scented drier sheets. I have allergies so that's sadly a deal breaker for me. read more

Yes, there are many laundromats in the area, but the personable relationship you build with the staff is one you won't receive anywhere else. Also, I have used services from other places and never have my clothes come back so neatly folded or smelling so good! Gloria has a special touch! I use J and G Laundry services for approximately and a half years and I was satisfied but something changed in terms of my pick up and delivery dates. They were late and when I called to find out why sometimes I could leave a voicemail and other times I could not leave a voicemail the phone just rang ring ring, but Nelson would get back to me and offered his apologies and I continued with their Laundry services but the last time I use them I had to wait three weeks to get my laundry back and no one would call me back. I left several messages no return calls no Laundry about a week and a half after they have my laundry they deducted $55 out of my checking account but no Laundry , the third week I called I was able to leave a voicemail telling them that I was going to contact them the Better Business Bureau and then the next day I received a text stating that my laundry was on the way so I finally got my laundry after three weeks waiting. Thank God I didn't lose my clothes, but I will never use them again . I was very disappointed with their service read more

This was my first time using them... so here is my review: I sent a 40lbs bag of laundry consisting of my clothes and my 7-year old's clothes. The driver came on a rainy day and picked up the yellow bag of laundry. I then received a call that my order was going to cost $98 dollars. When I asked why, I was informed they had three bags of laundry for me. That was not what I sent. Apparently my order was input in with someone else's who has the same last name. The gentleman I spoke during this was a little rude, but he later apologized. The error was fixed, my clothes arrived back the next day and once I went through them I noticed 3 random shirts that are not mines and all of my 7-year old's socks are missing and two of my LaCoste towels as well. During this time of the COVID-19 pandemic if you don't feel comfortable doing your own laundry in the laundromats, this seems like an alternative. I would just suggest taking photos of what you sent in. I appreciate the clean clothes and fast turn around. read more

New owners have taken over this laundromat and it's certainly worth a visit! One thing I love is not having to buy a laundry card to put credits on. Call me old fashioned- but quarters and laundry just go together. Plus, a free cup of soap is offered- can't beat that! There's two comfy couches to sit on while you wait and the workers are friendly. I also appreciate that prices for everything are clearly shared at the front counter. I do not recommend the pickup/delivery. They are unorganized. They picked up my clothes 2 hours late and now I'm currently waiting to receive my clothes. It's been 3 hours and still no clothes. Don't offer this service if you're not going to do it correctly. I've delayed weekend plans because of this. I'm not able to go to bed because I'm waiting for my clothes. This is unacceptable and I need to be compensated for this. I will never use J &G again. read more

I just had to come here to say that this place was FANTASTIC and blew my expectations away. From beginning to end, there was not one moment that I felt uncertain about their service, professionalism and communication. They were prompt and informative and my clothes came back cleaner and more organized than I could have ever have hoped to achieve myself. AND to top it all off, they were so incredibly affordable. J&G management, this cannot be an "isolated" issue when I was informed by Panama, a manager that this happened because of a specific dryer being used and being located next to a restaurant. I was told to ask the worker which dryer she used on my clothes that day because this has happened before and you guys would have to hire someone to fix ventilation issues again. This Laundromat is the best I've been to. They have an app that lets you communicate super efficiently with them. They're so convenient that you could leave your laundry by your door they'll pick it up and drop it off with out any face to face interaction which is great for any worry about COVID. Decided to give this laundromat a try, since it's under new management.... it was a pleasant surprise! For starters, the place is nice and clean and didn't have an issue finding an available machine. Also, they use coins instead of the money cards like every other place (which I hate bc the machine never works or I leave the card at home and have to rebuy). I've been using this service for a few months now and I absolutely love it! All the employees are very professional and kind. I had the opportunity to have my laundry picked up by one of the owners, Gabriel, and he was very pleasant and warm. Their prices are reasonable and the service is just great! They always call before pick up and drop off, and really try to do it in the time frame you choose on the site. My laundry comes back folded very neatly and smelling amazing. Their customer service is beyond amazing and whenever I have any questions, they are prompt on answering me back. You can tell they have your best interest at heart, something that is rare to see now a days with businesses (Thank you Gabriel and Panama) I use their pick up & drop off service and it's sooo great and convenient! The clothes arrive on time, washed and folded in side a large plastic bag (placed inside your laundry bag) which is great because your clothes are extra protected. But wait it's not any type of fold either; No no, I'm convinced they have a team of army vets folding the clothes because it's immaculate.
