Had a scheduled appointment to wall mount multiple TVs. They no showed for the appointment! Called them and rescheduled for the next day. They ended up putting MASSIVE holes in my walls by dragging the drill across the wall rather than actually looking for the studs! One of the TVs had a bottom mounted sound bar, that they couldn't identify that you had to remove ONE SCREW from the back of the mount to lower the bar and ended up mounting the sound bar to the wall! WOULD NOT RECOMMEND using these yahoos - they have NO idea what they are doing! read more

They guided us in the most appropriate speakers for our home, both in-ceiling and portable, and provided those for us. They integrated some speakers that we already had, too. For the last 20+ years, we've lived in Round Rock, so finding someone relatively close to help tweak our audio and video setup was no problem. Having just moved to a new home in what feels like the middle of nowhere, we found ourselves trying to find someone reputable to come out and help us, once again, get out A/V setup going. I called J&J Audio Video Innovation to get a quote for mounting our beast of a television (52" Visio LCD tv) above our fireplace. This was especially challenging for us since our new fireplace was a stone fireplace from floor to ceiling. After sending Javier a picture of what we were dealing with, he provided us with a very reasonable quote, so we proceeded with the service. Upon getting here, he took the measurements of the TV and of the fireplace to ensure a perfect placement. What really made us happy was that he proceeded to protect the work area with blankets and other coverings to reduce the amount of dust and work debris from getting all over our new floors and furniture. Once he got the bracket and TV mounted, he worked to get our wireless DIRECTV box and AppleTV boxes attached to our tv to minimize the number of components on the mantle. Looking back, I wish we would've found J&J a long time ago because they know what they're doing! We look forward to having them set up our home audio and our video once we get settled in. I recently hired Javier Salazar from JJ Audio video to wall mount my flat screen TV and install a RING VIDEO DOORBELL in front on stone wall . He answered my call immediately and he as able to come on the same day . I'm happy to report that we are extremely happy and very satisfied with the total work provided. Javier was very good at work , he definitely knew the task and I can say that he has lot of experience doing this . The TV was mounted in the wall with the wires hidden inside the wall which was amazing. The TV looked as though it was placed there when the home was built . Very thought professional work . We hired J and J to hang our tv above the fireplace. My husband contacted Javier mid afternoon and they came out the same day and did all the work. We were completely impressed by their professionalism, efficiency, cleanilness, and thoroughness. When they were finished, they reviewed all their work with us to make sure we were satisfied and then suggested upgrades we could do to the house in the future in the way of security, speakers, etc. They werent pushy with the suggestions, it was actually very interesting to think of possibilities we hadnt thoght of before. I wish I could write a great review considering all the great reviews I have read about this company. However, I'm giving them a horrible review! I first sent an email through the link on their website as directed and asked to be contacted for a quote for a home theater installation job. Their website said I would be contacted in 48 hours. When 3 days went by and there was NO contact I figured there could be an issue with their email, so I called their number. I reached the owner. I explained what was going on and said I know that sometimes technology can have issues so I'm calling for a quote. He apologized profusely and said they have been having issues with that link on their website. He assured me he was going to get a tech or he himself would schedule to come consult with me and get me a quote. He said he would work on that immediately and asked that I text him my name and contact number and he would get back with me. I did as he asked and 24 hours later no contact. So I text him to remind him and even gave him our schedule availability to meet with him over the next 3 days. He said thank you, I'll get back to you. 72 hours later not one word from anyone at the company. So at this point (1 week since our initial request for a quote) we have decided not to do business with a company with such horrible customer service and no follow up. Clearly they are so busy they don't need more business. Unless you want to waste a lot of time almost "begging" a company to do business with you and take your money I would recommend going to some other company. **** I see the owner posted a reply. He says he tried to accommodate us and that it was a holiday weekend. He told me they're booked out a couple of weeks. But he told me he'd get back to me with an appointment and never did. The entire week was spent with us emailing, calling, and texting them trying to get an appointment for a quote with them. You should have kept your word and gotten back with me for an appointment like you said you would. You never did. Terrible. read more

I hired J and J after having someone come out from a company called Done Right. The problem was that the first company actually did everything wrong! I called Javier with J and J and explained the botched job that I paid for. I explained that I needed my TV mounted over the fire place and I wanted no wires hanging out. The other company stated that it was not possible the way my wiring was set up, so I allowed them to just set it up running some plastic conduit. It looked horrible. When Javier came out and looked at it he stated that whoever installed this just basically threw the TV up and never even fastened it to the mount. Javier was able to do exactly what I wanted and it looks fantastic. Javier is very professional and courteous and does the job right the first time.
