    upstairs media room with all the equipment below.  Programmed to one remote!  Sweet.

    We've used SCE a few times now in two different houses. Always great equipment, works with what you have and/or proposes something new and better. George is always professional, courteous, on time, and delivers what he said he would. Can't imagine using someone else when fitting out your media space for awesome TV, sound, stereo, you name it. George is the best.

    I placed my order via phone call on Sunday for a Friday delivery - 3 TVs, 3 mounts, and…read moreinstallation. I stated I moved and provided my new address but the representative only updated the address for ONE (1) of my six (6) items. On Monday the mounts were delivered to the old address, I called customer service and they re-shipped them. I asked about the TVs and he confirmed two (2) of the TVs had the old address listed. He stated he would fix it. I get an email the following day (Tuesday) stating the delivery address couldn't be updated because it wasn't being delivered via a list of certain carriers (UPS, USPS, FedEx) so I called back. Customer service was no help! They wouldn't let me pick up my order in store and pretty much told me they couldn't do anything and to call back again tomorrow as the address can be updated upon pick up. I told the guy no, it is their mistake and I have called every day this week and spent over 40 minutes each time talking to them to get this resolved with no resolution and that they should call me back on the number I called from when the TVs are picked up. The representative agreed, but I never got a call on Wednesday. I called back Wednesday and they were still no help saying they can't change the address because of delivery (which by the way the TVs weren't even picked up until Friday morning according to Roadie (delivery company). I go into Best Buy (Round Rock, TX) on Thursday. The person there said I should have never purchased it via phone call because their customer service sucks (preach!!!) and go a supervisor for me. The supervisor (Hayli?) was also no help and essentially sold me two additional TVs. I addressed my concerns of the two (2) TVs being delivered to an address I no longer had access to and she didn't seem concerned saying that would be something I could report to lost/stolen. The other phone number listed on the account did get a voicemail Thursday afternoon stating they were able to update the address. I had no faith! And wouldn't you know Friday morning I get a text from the Roadie (delivery company) that they are on the way. I look up the address and it's the WRONG ADDRESS!!! I text the guy and he called me. He seemed semi willing to drive to my new address until he realized it was "three times the distance" and told me to contact Roadie. He had no contact info for Roadie for me to call. I found a number in my email and called it. After being on hold for 30 minutes it disconnected me. I tried again; after 30 minutes disconnected again. I kept texting the driver while on hold but after an hour he gave up and returned my TVs back to Best Buy. This whole thing was a shit show! I have learned I will never place an order via phone call again. I will always go in or do it online. And that is a huge if because I am so pissed at Best Buy. The one and only bright thing from this was Dave and Joe and who installed the TVs for me.

Almost a year ago, they sent someone out to set everything up, and boy were they quick. I got the devices from them that allow me to wireless watch and manage my alarm and the guy was really helpful in making sure I understood how it works. Every time I've accidentally tripped the alarm, they have been really prompt in calling me to make sure everything is ok, and on the rare occasion I have had an issue with my cameras or wireless, they have gone out of their way to help me right away. When you are a business owner, you NEED security like this so you can sleep at night. ;) Anyways, They've been great to me, they're affordable, and I'd highly recommend them to anyone.

    I hired Custom Electronics to install 3 sets of speakers in the ceiling and outdoors at my new…read morehome in the Westlake area. They also sold me two universal remotes and programed my existing equipment for surround sound, wireless interface (blue tooth), apple TV, cable etc... This was several thousand dollars and they agreed to do it for less than the original bid. They showed about an hour late and worked throughout the day to hook up my existing equipment in addition to the installation of the speakers and programing my new Universal remotes. There were two guys however one left early while the other ended up working into the evening. I wasn't exactly prepared to spend the entire day and evening at home waiting for them to finish. I was very dissatisfied with the way they did wire management and their lack of communication.. In addition I was there late waiting for them to finish the job because the guy who left early was the one who knew how to program the remote to the Apple TV. It took a couple hours for the other guy to figure it out and he wasn't to happy about it either. In addition there was a lack of follow through and customer service. I highly recommend that you get several bids and ask questions specific questions about their service. and installation techniques. Overall I give them four out of ten stars. If possible find a team that offers good customer service. That was not my experience with Custom Electronics.

    You know the store closest to you where you know where everything is, you could run in and out in a…read moreflash cause you know exactly where something is? Thats what I call a "home" store. This is my "home target" MY store. All the other targets are great, but this one? This one is my favorite- I know her, I love her. I spend all my time perusing her aisles, ogling items I don't need but will get anyway cause we're at Target and we deserve it! I love the layout of this location, everything flows so cohesively, and I know exactly where everything is. I know which route to walk when I'm with my toddler so I can avoid distractions, I know how to run in real quick when my husband is waiting in the car. I love how this locations will add new items, new shelves, or switch things up but they don't completely flip the store around. The staff is helpful, there's minimal issues with self checkout. Although sometimes the self checkout line doesn't get pretty long and backed up into the walkways it's usually pretty easy to maneuver around. The aisles and shelves are usually fairly neat sometimes the clothing aisles look a little ransacked in the juniors but other than that everything seems clean and stocked. I've only had one less than pleasant experience and that was at customer service with employee June. She was not kind of personable in the slightest. I needed to make a return, I had my receipt, tags, and everything. She must've been having a bad day cause she was nasty.

The community need to do better, Target staff needs to gather together and come up with a plan on how to handle these teenagers. Until then I won't be visiting this store again.
