He immediately said yes and not only helped, jump started in the best way possible, and made sure our car was good to go before leaving. Wes (we kidded since I have a "T" in my Westley and he does not) was very knowledgeable, helpful in explaining what was needed and got the new panel set up quickly. I found Dyezz online - needed to disengage Honeywell Alarm. Never activated it in my home and years later there was this chirp coming from a sensor. They came out and took care of everything. They are a bit pricey. Charged a trip charge plus $100+ hourly fee. But customer service was great. Sent them a photo of system so they could bring right parts. read more

They showed up after I contacted them 3 weeks ago and provided them with documents of the architecture with very specific video surveillance issue that was cut and dry that needed to be remedied. Fraud. Deceit. Rip off. I quit using them when the equipment I bought failed a few years ago . They wanted 15,000.00 to upgrade. I said no. They turned me over to collections after several years of no service because I didn't pay for the non-service. Excuse me? I did not sign a contract to pay for non-service. If I could leave zero stars I would. If you have this company for your alarm you are paying for nothing. Here is what I sent the company as my reason for cancelling: Hello, today I set off my alarm on purpose to see if you would respond. You did not. I called dispatch. They said they didn't know if it got set off or not and that your "service" people would have to call me back. A couple of months ago my maid accidentally set off the alarm. She said it went off and then just stopped going off. You all didn't call me. I called in and you wanted to send a technician immediately but I was not home. When I called back I inquired if you were going to charge me a service fee to come out since you had just recently (within a few more months) sent a service person when the alarm had malfunctioned then, the woman said she would find out if they could reset it from your office. She never called back, but I thought that she had reset it because it made a beeping noise when I opened the door and the alarm was set. I have no idea what actually happened or if it has even worked since the alarm first malfunctioned many months ago. I can say that for months and probably many months I have been paying for an unmonitored system. Your customer service is beyond atrocious. I didn't know anything was wrong for years as I just went about paying hundreds of dollars a year because nothing ever happened so I didn't know how awful you all were. Every time I call I am told no one is available and someone will call me back and they never do. And for a long time you had only one person answering the phone and he acted like he was suicidal every time I called to try to get my system fixed. read more

For decades a national firm provided us with both burglar and fire alarm service. We grew dissatisfied with the increasing rates and switched to Dyezz. They modernized our system and we have been very pleased with its performance. Recently we began having difficulty setting our system, but fortunately Wade and D J were able to come out the same day we called. They replaced a transformer and another electronic component, reset our codes, and were on their way. Fortunately, we subscribe to the company's annual service plan so there was no extra cost to us. The number of break-ins we read about on Nextdoor seems to have increased recently so having a top notch system is reassuring. read more

We are not review leavers, but our experience leads us to make an exception in this case. At our previous home 10+ years ago we had a better experience - but since our installation in a new home in 2017 and service since that time we have had a very bad experience. Initial installation was incomplete, we had to call and ask about placement of motion sensors and while a tech was scheduled to return and did so, the hardware install had obvious sloppy drywall cuts and spackle work. It was cosmetic so we just lived with it. We had a few years of relatively uneventful service, until a failure of the system, the panel became out of sync and stopped reporting any zones. We called several times over the course of several months and were always forwarded to the voicemail of apparently the only tech who could investigate these issues. After repeatedly reporting the issue without any resolution or indication of action, we felt we were being charged for no service at all so we cancelled. The accounting department attempted to collect despite our having repeatedly sought support for a reported issue and subsequently cancelling service. The service manager then tried to say that they had attempted to contact us to arrange service, taking a screen shot of an email that says they did so - we never received any messages regarding scheduling service. After having to report to the accounting staff that we did not want to pay for service that was not provided and that we had been attempting unsuccessfully to seek support, they continued to attempt collection and threatened to forward to collection agency. We finally relented and paid for two months we were billed after having tried to repeatedly raise all these issues just to end our relationship with this business, and never have to deal with them again. read more

After having 4 failed attempts with thr company who installed our cameras. Dyezz treated us as if we have been customers for years. After setting up a seamless appointment that worked around our schedule. They came in and realized the prior installation was done incorrectly and quickly had a solution to fix the problem. Only after recommending the neccessary repairs, they quickly had our cameras working again. They definitely went above and beyond what a company would have to do. Great local company! Installed a 5 camera IP based system in our HOA park over 5 years ago. The system was installed outside in the Texas heat and is still working today. Most of the cameras are the same and the computer DVR is the same hardware. We only had one camera go bad after the warranty and Dyezz came out and replaced it with a better camera. We had wifi connected to it so we could remotely access the video feed and provide free wifi in our park. We had more issues keeping the wifi running then the camera system. Even when the Time Warner wifi was down, the cameras continued to record in the back ground. We have used the video recordings over the years to capture some criminal activity and solve some thefts in the area. The owner John Dyezz is a great guy and willing to go the extra mile to make sure all our needs are meet. read more

We've been using Dyezz for monitoring our home alarm for several months. The service has been great, and we've got no complaints. We recently purchased a new home, and I called to set up service at the new address. There was a slight scheduling snafu (scheduler told us 8am but actually wasn't scheduled until 9:30am, and they accidentally sent installer to our OLD address), but other than that, the experience was great. The installer was super friendly and knowledgeable. He made sure that all of our questions were answered before he left. All in all a great guy. Would have loved to have given these guys 5 stars, but with the scheduling issue, I just couldn't (although I'm thinking the problem was an anomaly). But at the end of the day, I definitely recommend them for home monitoring - no contract and only $15 a month! read more

We chose Dyezz based on their great online reviews, and we were incredibly disappointed. My mother in law paid thousands of dollars to have Dyezz install a camera system at her commercial property. She had really wanted audio as well (like on the Ring doorbells), but they said that was not an option. So she had the system installed anyway, and the day it was finished, she went home to try to view her cameras. The company failed to tell her that the software they use DOES NOT WORK on Mac computers. She had to reach the IT person and work with them directly to install some alternative software through which she could actually see her cameras. The company did not seem remotely sorry that they had failed to mention this. Then when we were finally able to view the images, the cameras they had installed were sub-par. My neighbors have better camera quality on their doorbells. Then, not 2 weeks after the system was installed, her building was broken into. The thieves somehow found the DVR (where the camera recordings were stored) and were able to yank it out of the wall. The security box had been anchored directly into drywall, which, if you've ever hung something heavy in your home, you know NOT TO DO. So we contacted the company and asked if they could come reinstall the DVR system. And they quoted $3800. This was almost as much as we'd paid to do the entire install, including wiring. My mother in law talked to one of the co-owners who was incredibly rude and said they would not work with us on lowering the cost, even though the security box was poorly installed. The person who sold us the system, did make an effort to bring down the cost, but we were no longer interested in working with the company. Our family was so frustrated with this entire process, we spent more money out of pocket to buy a whole new system online and have new cameras installed by a wiring company. The new cameras have audio, record remotely, significantly better software and are a much better quality. read more
