Not wanting a mess of unsightly wires, I needed someone who knew what they were doing and could mount it securely, cleanly and hide the cables and plugs. I called to get an estimate, and Travis emailed it to me within minutes and he and his team came out that same day and got it done. I also decided to add a soundbar, and subwoofer. Travis gave me a couple of options and we love the one we chose. The team cleaned up every spec of dust and even put on booties over their shoes on our wood floors. They know exactly what they're doing, are great communicators, and work quickly and efficiently. I highly recommend them for this type of work. After all was mounted, we bought a small cabinet to put the cable box in. We still need ti drill a hole and then will reattach the cable & plugs, but Travis allowed plenty of play in the wires leading to the box to enable us to easily move it. Their work is sloppy, and careless in general. I bought two TV's from them. After mounting them to the wall they left behind debris on the floor, and handprints all over the TV's. They also put a really cheap HDMI cable in the wall that would not fully pass all the digital signal, that I later had to replace and pull back through the wall myself. The worst thing was I purchased a Sony TV on Travis's recommendation. He told me he had the same TV and loved it. It is the worst picture on a TV that I have ever owned. During the warranty period when the picture is totally black on one half of the screen it looks like clouds, and when there is a picture on the screen that side of the TV's picture is blurry. I contacted him to warranty it and he simply ignored the request to warranty the TV. read more

Travis is an incredibly nice guy, and very likable. But I am afraid this is a case where we on Yelp have possibly been duped. Like some small businesses who solicit only positive reviews, and then hope that the bad work they perform doesn't turn into bad reviews, the Yelp presentation of this business may be skewed. In other words, are these folks more skilled at getting people to leave positive reviews than they are in doing the actual work? I'll see if I can include some pictures I took, but their work is sloppy, and they damaged my wood floors and said nothing about it. My wife sat there and watched it happen! We found loose parts and bits of wire all over the house, the install was sloppy and careless in general. The delays and rescheduling were constant. Travis would come for a short period of time, and then he brought in a lesser experienced installer to do the bulk of the work. They left a bunch of dead/unneeded wiring from our old network setup that should have been discarded. It looks like a pile of old spaghetti. An organized professional would have removed it. And when I was told I'd be educated on how to operate the whole system they were installing, instead that turned into a 2 minute training session right before they were leaving. A real professional would have a whole presentation ready, on an iPad, and also in writing, to leave with the client as a reference so they know how to operate things. I have no idea how to operate anything. At least point your clients to some online resources to refer to after your installs, so they can learn how to operate everything. One day Travis left behind a gigantic tool bag, and it wasn't till later that afternoon when I texted him asking if the tool bag was his, that he realized it was missing. The entire operation seems like it is an a constant state of disarray. Most importantly, they installed equipment they did not know how to install. Part of the install was 8 Nest fire detectors. The installer told me they were all installed, and that all the boxes could be thrown out. The problem was that the boxes had wiring harnesses that had not been put in! The installer thought the units were battery powered, and when he saw a battery in each of them, and figured he was done after mounting them on the wall. But the battery was for a backup, I soon found out that the Nest fire detectors are all hard wired. So I had been told to throw out essential parts! After discovering the error, they offered to come out and fix it, and pay for the parts they had accidentally directed me to throw out, but I had enough. I told them not to come back out, and that I'd have someone come out and finish the fire detectors and also fix some of the other sloppy work they had done. $1,000 later, a new installer had untangled the mess they created and fixed everything. He is going to say I refused to let them back on the premises to fix the mess they caused. But the reality is I declined their offer to come back and damage my house and botch the job some more. Besides, they followed up and offered to "make things right" 3 DAYS AFTER I TOLD THEM the work they did was subpar. I would have offered to fix my mistakes 3 seconds after making them, not 3 days. They did discount a small amount of the labor, and that was nice. And as I said Travis is a very nice guy. But unfortunately when doing business, being a nice guy doesn't cover for sloppy work. Travis will reply to this with a lot of excuses, and point the finger at me somehow, as he did in his defensive and unprofessional follows ups after this all went down. He will probably admit there were "some" mistakes they made, but he will find a way to talk around a lot of this. He is good at that. I noticed that most of the excellent reviews here on Yelp come from simple TV installs. Maybe they can handle one TV and one TV mount, but I wanted him to work on a lot more; like my wireless network, multiple TVs, wireless cameras, a Nest security system, and Nest smoke detectors. Maybe they're just incapable of handing larger projects? I could go on, but I am out of energy. I would advise you not use them. Or if you choose to try them make sure it is a small project. And make sure Travis does all the work, and no one else. While his work is sloppy too because he is always in a hurry, he likely won't make major mistakes. read more

On the initial call, he walked me through the ins and outs of 2 TVs I had been considering and let me steer myself toward the less-expensive Sony that I ended up going with (and so far loving) while procuring a discount off normal retail price. My first appointment was above mantle mounting and the actual TV and the final bill totaled less than the actual TV would have been had I purchased retail. Couldn't have been happier. I was going to try to do this myself since I'm pretty handy but after watching the pro's do it I realized it was TOTALLY worth them doing it since you need special tools to do it CORRECTLY. Travis has gone above and beyond! We had so many issues moving into our new home. We had switched around some pre-wiring for the surround sound and the builder did not have good photos of where it was located in the ceiling and did not wire the standard way which makes it easier to find. We also had no internet connection for two months due a builder issue as well so none of the smart items could be setup. THEN when we finally get our TV mounted we realize there were pixels busted and a line running down it - Travis is coming back out to take the old TV down and remount the new one. Travis, the owner, came to my home and installed a 55" TV. He told me before hand I would need a $45 mount and the installation will be an hour. He got here and seen I had a mount on the wall already, he didn't try to upsell me on the mount he brought. He simply said this will make it easier.
